I have now sold 2 different phones to this company and each time they communicated very well and paid me fast. They also buy much more than just phones and have a lot of pay out methods I got paid to my Venmo account but you can also get paid by check or by PayPal. I will be selling my next phone to them too. I sold my Nintendo Switch to this company and just shipped it out today. This company is one I spoke to on the phone with and I was concerned because my Nintendo Switch was used but in good condition. The only problem was that my right joy con was defective and not syncing or working at all but everything else worked fine. When I spoke to the associate on the phone they told me that they would create a custom quote for me and offered $80. I gladly accepted their offer and requested payment by check. I am giving it a few days to reach them as the expected delivery date is November 2. I also received a free prepaid shipping label and a box in the mail so I can send my Nintendo Switch to them which is super easy. They also sent instructions and gave me room in the box to fit all the cables and everything inside. I am so happy for this and giving this company a 5/5 star positive review!

This website is great and they're very communicative. My PayPal wasn't working so I had kindly asked if I could return the money and exchange for a check and they happily agreed. They have great service and I believe they're very trustworthy!

Incredible! Brought in this phone I really needed to work (iPhone X), and they got me in quickly. Said they couldn?t fix it without a few components working, so I was gonna scrap it. However, while working on it they managed to get the whole thing to work. Went to Verizon and put my old SIM card in the new phone the same day. Literally made my month! I would give 10 stars if I could. I went from a 6 to an X!
