Review: This company is using an auto dialer to make solicitation calls on a daily basis from a restricted number to my cell phone which is on the do not call list. I do update my numbers on the do not call list on a regular basis, so there should be no reason this company is calling me.

Regarding the complaint #[redacted]. We obtain a do not call list and update/upload every 30 days. It is not unusual for people to think they are on a do not call list and still not be in the 30 day cycle. Especially cell phone carriers, which is what this number is. We apologize to this person and hope it will not happen again, and will do everything in our control to see it will not happen specifically to this persons' current telephone number. 1 day I got a call & they explained this special that they were having. For $79 I could sign up & get better deals. So, I verbally agreed over the phone that I wanted to sign up. I couldnt afford the $79 all at once so I decided to do 3 payments. The 1st payment was scheduled a week after I verbally agreed over the phone. Within those couple of days I did my own research & decided that I didn't need dental care b/c my teeth are in no need of extended care. I went on groupon & found a cleaning service for $25 so I came to the conclusion that I didn't need this dental plan after all. This is where I'm blown away by the amount of rudeness by the "president" Rob Michaels.I explained to Rob that I decided I wanted to cancel the payments before they went through. Rob yelled at me & belittled me. He told me I couldnt cancel b/c I "didn't need it anymore" & that it wasn't a valid excuse. BUT, if I went to 1 of their locations (after paying the start up fee) & I didn't like the carpet that I could cancel that way which makes absolute NO sense. So tried to explain to him that I hadn't even paid the start up fee & he started talking over me & told me that he didn't care. I told him that I didn't sign any documentation, & again, he told me he didn't care because he had my voice recording that I verbally agreed to start my trial. He also stated that its legal in AZ to count that as a signed document & that he wasn't going to explain all of Arizona's laws b/c "I should already know them". He yelled at me, falsely accused me, harassed me, LAUGHED at me over the phone, & told me he wasnt going to stop the payments b/c everyone else (dentist, sales pitcher) were already paid for my agreement. How is that MY fault? The payments hadnt even been processed yet! I was shaking & crying b/c no employer has EVER made me feel that way. Needless to say, this place does not deserve anyones money considering how much of a big deal they made for the $79 that hadn't even been processed yet.
