Do not go here! I have a horrible fear of the dentist and hadn't been to one in over yearsI found DrH***'s office and decided to try it out because of the Google reviewsThat was a mistake
I had a lot of work done to include total fillings and a wisdom tooth removalAfter all my appointments, I was having billing issues and nobody helped me up until months laterThey had an office turn around, which I'm sure contributed to this problemI decided, since I was having those issues, I would go to a different dentist for a regular cleaning
The new dentist found a very large cavity between my teeth on the #toothThat dentist told me it was close to the root and it may need a root canalHe could see the horror and shock in my face and asked if I had any knowledge of this, to which I replied absolutely not! Come to find out, it was present months ago when DrH*** did all my fillings and tooth removalWhen asked about if she knew this, she tried to explain she put that cavity on a "watch list"It's clearly evident that she missed that cavity and is now trying to claim she was watching itIf you were fixing all my cavities in my teeth, why the heck would you watch one!? I had done, all in visits! One more wouldn't have killed me or her
Also, upon further examination of my fillings that DrH*** did, they (the other office) found that a few of them have air pocketsI was told by her that she would reimburse me and my insurance company but that I had to prove I got the fillings redone
I'm now stuck with a possible root canal, fillings that need to be redone, and a huge dental bill all because of her mistakesI am more horrified of dentists now because of her
I will repeat, do not go hereJust don't do it

I have such a great experience at Smiles by Hanna! Leo and Kellie are the best dental assistants and Crystal is an awesome hygienistDrHanna is incredible and so gentle! Just the best!

In my opinion all there advertising is a LIE affordable haha full set of implants to and before she went over all my options she had to know how much money I had I responded negatively to adds on Facebook and they were removed by her BEWARE she doesn't care about your dental care she only cares about her money

So, last week my child had tooth painWe went to this dentist and well it went very badAfterwards this is the review I left:(Honestly just saying exactly what happened)
"My experience here was awfulI was told my child needed her tooth removed asap, so I gave them permission to do soI was told her would be cautious but her mouth would be numbWell, they took her back gave her the numbing shot and of course my daughter freaked out due to the pain from the shot, I could hear her yellingBut, they did not wait or give any time for my daughter to become numb before they started yanking at her toothAll I heard was my daughter yelling and crying as loud as she couldIt was very hard for me to hearI thought the dentist would come out and tell me they were all done by the amount of crying I heardinstead she came out and said "Your daughter is not cooperating, her mouth is not numbing and it is making it very hard for me to finish pulling the tooth"This mad me very mad, she knew my daughter mouth was not numb but she began and kept trying to pull her tooth outTHIS WAS SO WRONGI was still charged for the numbing shotThey told me to just try going to the dentist next door and seeing if they will do itI was also told if they other dentist will not accept my insurance, then "just pay out of pocket or put it on a credit card"Like I could afford itThis was the worst dentist experience I have ever hadMy poor daughter is now terrified and I still need to find a place that will do the job the CORRECT way with a year old."

I posted a bad reviewI did not personally insult anyone at this office, I was not nasty with my words or anything close to thatI simply said exactly what happened at our visit hereMost companies would just apologize on their behalf for the awful experienceThis company did not do that, this company instead has decided to email me a letter of intent to sue if I do not remove my bad reviewTHIS IS FREEDOM OF SPEECHCompanies get bad reviews sometimes, it happensAfter I just spent some time reading the other bad reviews on DR.Hanna, I realized I am not the only one who has had an awful somewhat the same experience we hadHer and her team think it is okay to also let me know child services should be called on meWhy? Because my kid is a kid and maybe has too many sweets sometimes and got a cavity? I spent a week after finding out she had this bad cavity trying to find a good dentist to pull her tooth for her and get her out of painSo, no I did not neglect my child's issueWhat company threatens to sue over a simple bad review? Not only that but also brings up child services? I am so shocked and I am very very irate about thisI will not be removing my reviewNot to mention, I called them after this threatening email, they never told me my daughter also had an infection, neverHad to take her days after this apt to then find out she recently got an infectionI believe from visiting hereAnyways, I also asked themif she had an infection then why were not prescribed any antibiotics? They were not able to comment or answer meLooks like that has happened with others as well
