I like Smiles by Hanna the staff is wonderful Let you know what they are going to do and sure that you are comfortable during all procedures Very good experience

I have been seeing Hanna and her team for over yearsI always have a wonderful experienceI'm always seen promptly at my arrival time and treated well by everyone in the officeA+ from me!

Do not go here! I have a horrible fear of the dentist and hadn't been to one in over 10 years. I found Dr. H[redacted]'s office and decided to try it out because of the Google reviews. That was a mistake.

I had a lot of work done to include 8 total fillings and a wisdom tooth removal. After all my appointments, I was having billing issues and nobody helped me up until 6 months later. They had an office turn around, which I'm sure contributed to this problem. I decided, since I was having those issues, I would go to a different dentist for a regular cleaning.

The new dentist found a very large cavity between my teeth on the #4 tooth. That dentist told me it was close to the root and it may need a root canal. He could see the horror and shock in my face and asked if I had any knowledge of this, to which I replied absolutely not! Come to find out, it was present 6 months ago when Dr. H[redacted] did all my fillings and tooth removal. When asked about if she knew this, she tried to explain she put that cavity on a "watch list". It's clearly evident that she missed that cavity and is now trying to claim she was watching it. If you were fixing all my cavities in my teeth, why the heck would you watch one!? I had 8 done, all in 2 visits! One more wouldn't have killed me or her.

Also, upon further examination of my fillings that Dr. H[redacted] did, they (the other office) found that a few of them have air pockets. I was told by her that she would reimburse me and my insurance company but that I had to prove I got the fillings redone.

I'm now stuck with a possible root canal, fillings that need to be redone, and a huge dental bill all because of her mistakes. I am more horrified of dentists now because of her.

I will repeat, do not go here. Just don't do it.

Smiles by Hanna handled my urgent dental need quickly and efficiently. All staff is very polite and respectful. I have continued to have further dental work done and I am very happy with the results.

Wow....my first ever experience at the dentist getting a filling without having to be numb for several hours!! From the moment I entered Dr.H[redacted]''s I was greeted with most amazing front office staff. Then I meet Dr.H[redacted]. ..defitnetly in a league of her own. Very knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional. She explained every aspect of the laser. No pain, no swelling. Very high tech office. I can now say I enjoy going to the dentist.

Very pleasant experience. Definitely for patients that need alternative to traditional procedures

I absolutely recommend Dr. H[redacted] for your dentist! She is a very skilled and experienced dentist with an exceptional touch! She goes above and beyond for her patients and has a state of the art office with the newest technologies. Her staff treated me like family and took care of all my needs. As long as Dr. H[redacted] is doing dentistry I will continue to see her and recommend her to all! Thank you Dr. H[redacted] and staff for going the extra mile for your patients.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Actually don't even mind going to the denstist!
