Great company with excellent people - Highly Recommend! I've used Smith & Son since 2015 for custom duct-work rerouting in a remodel, to basic yearly preventive maintenance services. They are always fast, responsive, and affordable. I had an issue with my furnace Sunday, and sent an E-mail that night. I was schedule first thing Monday for same day service. Seven R came out and was a true processional. He worked with me to service the system, gave me some tips for new paper filters (replacing old electrostatic filters), and helped me with scoping out a replacement system in the next few years. He was an excellent communicator and I think he took his time to make sure all of my questions were answered. He cared that all of my questions were answered, and explained complex systems to me in a simple and understandable manner. I value their service and have been under their bi-yearly maintenance plan for the last 2 years. Very happy! Thank you!

Our A/C stopped working a few months ago. It was the hottest time of the year yet and it wasn't even quite summer yet (weird Maryland weather). Anyway, it was hot! We were miserable. We called Smith and Company and they got to us in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem. They replaced the non-working part on the spot and had our a/c working and blowing out nice and cold in no time at all. They were friendly, courteous and clean. You can tell that customer service is very important to them, which I personally believe is a wonderful quality to have. I highly recommend them for all of our a/c (and heating) needs!

Smith and Company is a fantastic company to work with! They are fast, efficient, professional, clean, and friendly. They do excellent work! They installed a new hot water heater for us and we couldn't be happier. It is also worth mentioning that I reached out to Aaron on behalf of a friend, a single mom of a young child, whose furnace broke in the middle of a very cold period last winter, and he sent his guys to her house immediately, joining them himself and getting her heat restored quickly. Any HVAC needs we have in the future, we'll be calling Smith and Company!

Smith and Company did a great job! I had a water leak issue and contacted them via ***. I heard back from the owner Aaron first thing that morning and he had a tech out to me the same day. Mark the tech was polite and professional and was able to diagnose and repair the issue in no time at all. I highly recommend Smith and Company for all HVAC services.

We had a great experience with Smith & Company. Our AC went up during the heat of summer while I was 8 months pregnant. They came out the next day, diagnosed the issue and had the part replaced same day. They were professional, timely and reasonably priced. You won't get better customer service anywhere else!

These guys did a great job! They called to let me know they were the way which was good because it let me run errands and get home in time. They were clean and professional. Explained what they were doing. Answered all my questions. And were very fair with the pricing. Most importantly, they solved the problem. I will definitely use them again.

We reached out to Smith and Company due to an issue with our thermostat continuously running. They responded almost immediately and set up an appointment for the very next day. The technician showed up when he was expected and stayed until the job was complete. He introduced himself as soon as he got there and was very professional. There were a few issues on top of the initial reason we called. The technician made sure everything was working properly before he left. This meant going down to the cellar multiple times as well as checking the outside portion of the unit. He made sure all the programming was correct on our thermostat before he left. We have had no problem with our thermostat since. I am very happy with the service we received from Smith and Company and would recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Smith and Company HVAC late in the evening by facebook due to a diagnostic issue with my oil burning furnace and thermostat. The company contacted me back within minutes to schedule an appointment that was only one day later. The technician that arrived at my home arrived early and was very professional. He came for a diagnostic job but stayed until the job was done and my issue was resolved. It has been several days and my furnace and heat pump are working perfectly. I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends.

Smith&Co did an outstanding job at my parent's house when their HVAC unit died during the coldest few days of the year... everyone who we came in contact with was very professional, extremely friendly and helpful. The technicians spent a very long day installing the new system, making sure everything was working properly before leaving way after the expected time (during negative temps outside)! If you are looking for a reliable and honest company I highly recommend Smith&Co. They will not disappoint! :)
