Omg!!! Smith & Company HVAC will forever have my business! Aaron and his team are professional and above all HONEST! Another company quoted me $6700 for a new unit and install about 30min before Smith & Company came out. Turns out that I don't need a new unit- there was simply a loose connection!
Aaron, I appreciate you and your colleague that were here this evening! Your honesty in a field where companies can get away with anything due to a customer's lack of knowledge of HVAC is truly appreciated!!!!! I will be sure to recommend you to everyone I know!
Oh and let me add that Lisa at their office was a pleasure to speak to!! I hope to one day meet her! She was such a kind soul as I spoke through tears at the fear of a potential costly service.

Fantastic service provider!. After a miserable night of no AC and another company never showed up, I contacted Melinda early this morning and she did exactly as she promised- called back within 1 hour and we had a technician there within another hour , by 9 am on the Fourth of July !. The technician was efficient, personable, got our AC up and going quick and gave up an honest picture of what else was needed to prevent further issues. Highly recommend this company for their A+ service, and honest and no pressure approach

Smith & Company HVAC is great! Had an issue with our air conditioner not spinning. Aaron S. Arrived on time, was super nice and answered all my questions. A quick change of a capacitor and we are back up and running and the house is now cooling properly. Highly recommend this company!

I had a last minute emergency with my AC and Smith & Company saved me. To assist me, Ryan went to my home after his normal work schedule to diagnose my system and provided temporary AC. Aaron is the most honest HVAC tech I have met. He was here on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He offered several recommendations and let me chose the one that fit us the best. They are NOT high pressure sales like many other companies... this was refreshing. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Smith and Company saved the day! My brother was in need of a new HVAC system during Jan 17, during some of the coldest times we've had in almost 100 years. We called Smith and Company for an estimate and we didn't have to look any further. Aaron Smith was more than helpful and answered every question we had on brand, size, scheduling and finance options. No pressure at all. Just straight answers. In no time at all the new system was installed and my brothers house was comfortable and warm. The techs that did the installation were professional and friendly and kept us informed throughout the entire installation. What a company!! I've contracted Smith &Co to service /replace units on my rental properties as well as my home residence. These guys do great work and customer friendly.

Shopped around Maryland and found this to be the best deal. I found them to have extremely helpful staff at the home office & in the field. Will recommend too everyone!

Smith&Co installed 3 new HVAC units for me and did an excellent job. One unit had to be installed in the attic and in the process of getting it up there some damage (probably unavoidable) to the closet that has the attic access. I talked to Aaron and they quickly sent Brian C to repair and repaint the closet. Brian was very responsive, kept us informed at every step, and did a terrific, professional job. Another 5-star job by S&Co.

A breath of fresh (warm) air! We have a very old system, a 1 year old daughter, and woke up to a house quite uncomfortably in the low 60's. Aaron came out personally the same day to address the issue, and even sent a 2nd tech later when he had an idea to make it work even better. He was genuinely concerned with getting the house warm for my daughter. He explained everything clearly so I was able to understand the problem and the solution, was professional, cleaned up after the work was done, and charged a fair price. I never felt like he was upselling something I didn't need and because of that I will use Smith & Co when we are ready to replace the system. Aaron represents Smith & Co as ethical, knowledgable, and fair. We will all sleep cozy tonight and they have my business moving forward!

Aaron the hvac technician did an excellent job in explaining in layman's terms the service he was providing. He also arrived early for the appointment.

My heat pump was not working and American Home Shield warranty company fortunately sent the request to Smith and Company after several other contractors did not resolve the problem and the house was getting very cold. Techs Aaron and JD came out and were terrific - the best contractors I have ever had for any issue. They got my system working temporarily and arranged a great deal on replacing my old R-22 HVAC system. Absolutely the best repair experience I have had in my 69 years on this earth.
