I have received the refund check from [redacted] because the dent paint repair is now peeling.

All work contracted has been completed. The customer has requested additional services which were not part of the contract nor paid for. In the interest of customer relations we are providing these services. We are about 50% done with the free services. If the customer wishes to take the vehicle he...

As ms [redacted] is aware her vehicle needed used parts due to the high cost of the new parts. We had provided a written estimate which she had received a number of weeks previous to this. However since she failed to deposit the required funds to purchase the parts they were sold to some one else. She was to deposit 4k with us to secure parts which she did not do. She is well aware of this and when she came in to pick up her car reinforced this conversation.

I am rejecting this response because: When I picked up the truck, the very first time there were bubbles present in the paint. [redacted] told me right then, if they got any worse to bring truck back so there for I notified him the first day of the 90 day warranty. Not to mentio I call ed him again before the 90 day window that they have gotten worse and I needed to bring car in. They had gone from pimple sized bubbles upon pickup to dime, nickel sized bubbles in that 90 day window. The appoint was then scheduled by [redacted] outside the window to work around thier schedule and mine. If they knew about the rust problem in these turucks why did they paint over it. The area's that have bubbling had no visible rust or any bubbles before the painted it. I dropped of the truck the second time on then scheduled appointment tuesday or wednesday becuause I was going out of town. They told me my truck would be done by friday or saturday but they would call so I could make arraingment if I wasnt ready. I recieved no phone call durring that following weekend and had to find a ride to and from work till I got truck back . I called them on monday and truck still wasnt done.  My wife picked up truck for me on tuesday or even wednesday and bubbles started to appear within days of picking up the truck. I called them immediately and they dont think they should refund any  of my money and I dont want to bring truck to them again becuse ot the distance and tere workmanship. I want a refunded portion of my original, just under a $1,000 dollars investment because my truck in the end looks worse now in some areas than it did before I brought it up to them the first and second time. No way is that worth the money paid based on what the sai they could do during the agreed upon work after looking at the truck. They needed to paint these areas themselves anyways to blend rust that was cut out and repair some minor dents that were all over the truck. Now these same areas have bubbling. I'm willing to compromise with them but I should atleast be refunded some potion of money for my time, patient with them over the problems there workmanship created
