our records indicate that Koons Sterling Ford performed an oil change and tire rotation on 12-16-to [redacted] Ford [redacted] ? invoice number [redacted] ? the Revdex.com case states that we left the oil cap loose causing an oil leak, Koons Ford does not believe it would be possible to drive the vehicle for month and over miles if the oil cap was actually left loose without some sign of leakage or oil pressure concernAlso this vehicle according to [redacted] ? was at a [redacted] dealership on 09-25-and it would seem logical that if there were an issue with the oil cap or a leak that it would have been noted.Due to the circumstances noted above Koons Ford is not accepting responsibility for the above mentioned complaint and request for $

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] ? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I filed a previous complaint about not being removed from Koon Sterling Ford mailing list after calling them and e-mailing them (Complaint ID: [redacted] )This complaint has been closed but I am still receiving their mailI received mail from them today (8/09/16) about service coupons Regards, [redacted] ***

If she will contact [redacted] at [redacted] so we can see if there is another vehicle that she would consider in letting us trade her into.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I want out of this vehicle as I know this will lead to more problems down the roadI don’t know if I want another Chevy as when I had my avalanche the transmission failed in the 1st year so it’s been nothing but bad luckI don’t mind sticking with the Ancira family and looking at other vehicles within but would want to make sure I’m not getting screwed and the short end of the stickI need a reliable vehicle and to make a decision that is best for my familyI know this doesn’t fall under the lemon law as of yet, but I was just referring it as such as an engine should not go out in less than years especially on a car that is not driven all over and with decent mileage.? Regards, [redacted]

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

The customer was quite aware of our registering the vehicle in Texas He said he would take care of getting it transferred in his parish when he got back home Now I believe he finds out from his parish that it will take $to accomplish this In the interest of goodwill we will
try to find out what it will take to get it registered in Louisiana and if it does not exceed the $we will help him out with this amount He will have to agree to make himself available to go into his parish tax office if necessary and fill out any forms we might need his signature on.

I am rejecting this response because: They have paid the deductable once but will not pay it again and the issue has not been fixed, we live close to hrsaway so taking to them to service it is a bit of a stretch. As I stated the odometer reading is not reading accurately yet no one wants to hear thatThis is our primary vehicle and can't afford to have our car in the shop while paying $a day for a rental. They offered to trade it in at their price and unwilling to help out at all when we have had so many issues with itYou would think when a customer comes hrs away to buy a car from their dealership and starts having issues they would be willing to do what they can to help out. They keep throwing out that the car had been driving over 12,miles yet they think we're crazy that the odometer does not read correctly all the timeYou can drive to the exact same place and get different mileage readings. They want us to trade it in and lose close to $8,dollars when the car was bought less than a year

Good morning Mrs***My name is *** *** and I am the GM of Ancira-Winton ChevroletI have read your complaint and have visited with my service director *** ** *** about the status of your MalibuWe are currently going through the process of evaluating the repair resolution
for your Malibu under the GM warranty repair proceduresThe good news is that your vehicle is under the 3yr 36,ooo mile manufacture's warranty and that your repair will be covered at no expense to youThis is the GM warranty procedures that we are obligated to adhere to just as it is for ALL other Chevy cars under the manufacture warrantyWe will keep you advised on the warranty repair as we go alongI would also like to offer you an option of trading out of your current vehicle and into a new Chevy and we would be happy to go over figures and monthly payments with youAs far as a buy back option, I am not authorized to do so as this would be between you and General MotorsAlso your vehicle DOES NOT qualify under the lemon law at this time due to it not going through the warranty repair resolution process first, which is required by General Motors under the warranty rulesWe appreciate your business, and I am confident that we will be able to get your Malibu back in top performing condition under your new car warranty and, at no charge to you***
