I am rejecting this response because:I filed a previous complaint about not being removed from Koon Sterling Ford mailing list after calling them and e-mailing them (Complaint ID: ***)This complaint has been closed but I am still receiving their mailI received mail from them today (8/09/16) about service coupons

I am rejecting this response because: I want out of this vehicle as I know this will lead to more problems down the roadI don’t know if I want another Chevy as when I had my avalanche the transmission failed in the 1st year so it’s been nothing but bad luckI don’t mind sticking with the Ancira family and looking at other vehicles within but would want to make sure I’m not getting screwed and the short end of the stickI need a reliable vehicle and to make a decision that is best for my familyI know this doesn’t fall under the lemon law as of yet, but I was just referring it as such as an engine should not go out in less than years especially on a car that is not driven all over and with decent mileage.

would have replaced them*** *** has talked with our Used Car Manager Mark H*** requesting that we repurchase the car at the full price paid, but the car has been driven in excess of 12,miles since purchased, MrH*** has made efforts to trade *** *** into another car.** ***’s car has never been brought to our shop to address the “shutting off “ issue, but our used car Manager MrH*** did offer to pays his Extended warranty deductible at a Ford Dealership closer to where he lives if they found a covered repair. Lastly *** *** does have a Ford Extended warranty that would include a loaner car or rental reimbursement for a covered repair.Steve B
