As discussed, I would need an Affidavit of Forgery in regards to the checks my office is collecting on in order to clear him as the account holder

I am rejecting this response because: Reading this response had me laughing, the only honest word out of this person mouth was that I tried to pay!!!!!! I never received any certified letter!!! I would like proof of that letter. Again I will not pay for any damages - this is way this company tries to fraudulently get money from people. Again I will pay the check amount along with the $fee but I will not pay anymore!!!! I have not received any letter from these people only a phone number that was left on my phone. I would like a letter from this company indicating why I owe so much money over the check amount!!!! After reading so many other complaints about this company I cannot for the life of me know why they are still in business. ALSO they faxed a form to my work that had my Social Security number on it, this form got passed around to several different people due to the fact we do not have an HR dept. It finally was given to my boss who called me into his office asking me what it was and that I should file suite against this company!! THIS WAS A VIOLATION OF THE HIPPA LAW!!!!! My boss informed me that I was not get anymore calls or letters sent to my work place and that he was not going to fill out or sign any letter from this company.Again I will only pay for the check that was sent back along with the $fee

I am rejecting this response because:I have spoken to Ms *** about a settlement and paying this debt but she refused to except my payments. I cannot afford this extra $she is trying to get from me, she even said herself I couldn't afford payments and would not except any payment other than the full amount, so how the heck am I supposed to pay her back!!!!!! Also by the way I will be getting an attorney regarding my social security number being added to a form and faxed to my office!!! and yes this is a violation per an attorney I spoke to today and this company can be suedAt any rate, again how do I pay for money I owe when *** *** informed me I do make enough money to pay her. I am rejecting this response because: I  would like to hear the "several messages" that this general manager alleged that I have made. I have documented each time  I called and its dated back to four weeks. I was always referred to "[redacted]" I was told to leave a message and she will get back to me. This was four weeks ago.I called yesterday and got her extension of 314. I did not harass  any6 receptionist I did call every other day for total of four weeks  to speak with someone , and called TODAY trying to get someone ABOVE THIS LADY. Today is the only day I  got a hold of this RUDE MANAGER .  A CORRECTIVE ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AND DONE. CHECK OTHER REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. THE COMPLAINTS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.I WILL NOT TOLERATE THE DISRESPECT AND THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS MANAGER. There is no one above me to talk to. I delete my messages as I respond to them so my mailbox remains empty. 2 letters have been generated to Ms. [redacted], therefore, there is nothing further I can do.

I am rejecting this response because:I was never given professional courtesy throughout the whole phone call from the first person all the way to the third women who stated, she owned the company. As even in the response she gave above she gave no contact info to respond to her.  Such an agency  should have their phone calls monitored, this would have been a great solution to their terrible service towards people. I'm sure if this was done it would show I was never rude or angry with this collection agency I was just questioning them.  I realize they are a Collection agency but at the same time they need to treat customers with dignity and respect. I have also contacted the FDCPA regarding this company's professionalism and collection practices. And for the matter of them stating I was angry, I was never angry I just requested they do not speak to me in such an absurd matter and that I was not informed of the interest. I seen the company on my credit history, I then searched the internet for their information to get in contact with them about the collection and offered to pay the amount stated on my credit history at the time. She then stated I owed more then what was state on my history. I stated well I was informed otherwise of the amount and I don't feel I should be charged an amount more then what was stated on the report. She told me  I had no choice in paying it and she was the only above others to handle this matter, even about the terrible service.

In compliance with Ca. Civil Code Section 1719(a), we sent Ms. [redacted] a demand letter, certified mail, 70160910000136079213, which was delivered on 1/7/17. This letter gave her 30 days from the date of mailing the demand letter to pay the check amount plus costs. She mailed in another check,...

which posted to the account on 1/27/17. This payment check was returned to us as well for non sufficient funds. Under the civil code, she did not pay with sufficient funds within the 30 days so statutory damages were added. They accrue at 3 times the amount of the check. The breakdown is the check amount of $414.77 and $1244.31 in statutory damages. Before we agree to a payment arrangement, we assess their ability to pay. While gathering the information we needed, the outcome showed that she had enough left over after all her monthly expenses were paid to pay the account in full, so payments weren't an option for her. She didn't like that answer so asked for a supervisor. I am the supervisor and I told her the same thing, but did offer a settlement on the account which she refused. I advised my client could proceed legally to protect their interests and once Judgment was obtained we could forward an earnings withholding order to her employer, levy her bank accounts, etc. At that point she screamed "Listen here woman".... I asked her to stop screaming at me but she continued. I advised I wouldn't be talked to like that and I was terminating the phone call and did so. My client will only refer her back to me for payment.

Attached is the validation of this debt. Ms. [redacted] did not cancel her policy, it was canceled for non payment of premiums. When she called the office, she refused to pay the debt and wanted it removed from her credit report. It is marked as disputed. She can call the office and talk directly to me...

and I can help her resolve this.

Ms. [redacted] called our office on 3/16/17 because these accounts are listed on her credit report. 2 accounts were placed with us for collection from [redacted] on 7/11/16 & 1/19/17. The debts originated in 2015 & 2016. A total of 4 letters were sent to an address on Santo Antonio Dr which was...

supplied by our client. There has been no mail returned. We sent the accounts to the credit bureau on 9/2/16 & 3/2/17, respectively. The notes indicate that she refused to pay these because she was never notified by our client and wanted them immediately removed from her credit report. Our client holds the accounts for 1 year before turning over to collection. During that time they are actively trying to collect the account themselves. The notes indicate her phone kept cutting in and out and the call did drop several times. She was not hung up on. Ms. [redacted] may call the office and speak directly to me and we can get this taken care of.

I've attached the email chain for your review. The debt was originally verified via regular mail on 8/11 and then again on 8/22 via email. Our company policy is not to conduct collection business via email. The account has since been paid in full.
