Amazing company all the way around! The service technicians were very friendly, professional and kind. I had a scheduled appointment during one of the busiest time of the season. They had an earlier time come available and called to ask if I was available two days prior to my original scheduled appointment. They went above and beyond to quickly diagnose, repair and check additional things to prevent future issues. The technicians even took time to explain several things about my unit and additional things I can do as homeowner to help extend the life of my unit. SMW refrigeration and heating company is not only professional, reasonable but has the best service techs. Last year Brandon came out and repaired my unit, this year it was Trey that did the yearly check up, both young men are professional, timely and know what they are doing. SMW Refrigeration & Heating installed a 5 Ton and a 3 A/C Split air conditioner with 2 furnaces. They were extremely efficient, working late into the evening to make sure all work was done. The work they did was very neat and professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone to use. The installers worked very clean, leaving our house neat. They even did touch up painting to make sure all looked good.

This company, or someone representing their company, is cold-calling numbers on the Do Not Call Registry using a spoofed phone number. My number was called at 12:06 pm on 8/22/16 using the displayed number of (480) 500-5300. The lady identified herself as representing SMW Refrigeration. I asked her what the call was about and she began a sales pitch. I asked her not to call this number again and she immediately hung up. A reverse phone lookup identified (480) 500-5300 as a "scam or fraud" number. Any company that uses this technique does not deserve to receive a Revdex.com accreditation.

SMW Refrigeration and their team are true professionals and we're very happy with their service. Both AC units were inspected and problems were noted and repaired immediately. We purchased the preventative maintenance package and glad we did, as these units were both in need of a good cleaning.

Everything was explained in great detail, and the technicians took their time ensuring the job was done right the first time. I've seen several technicians here that are in a hurry to move on to the next call and have failed to properly complete the repair.

I highly recommend this company and service they provide to anyone, believe me you wont go wrong, and it's money well spent.

Our 17 year old heat pump and air conditioning system finally quit on us on 10/15/16. We call a few companies to see if we could get them out on Saturday to repair the system and SMW came right away to evaluate our situation. They could repair the system, but the cost of the repair of a 17 year old system was not cost effective - so we decided to have a new system. SMW crew of Bryan and Chino came out on Monday morning and had the entire system installed and working perfectly by 4:00pm. Thank you SMW.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their serves. They were prompt and took us through the process of getting our air conditioning replaced in great time. The owner and employees were friendly and I am very satisfied.

SMW Refrigeration has been servicing my home for the past 2 seasons. They just installed a New Trane Split Gas system on our home. The Work was extremely professional. The service installers were courteous and knew the products being installed. They worked hard in extreme heat and late into the evening to get the entire job finished that day and everything worked perfect.

They are a fantastic local Company with Outstanding Customer Service.

These folks are simply awesome! A/C went out at 5p.m., and by 6:00 p.m. they had one of their techs ([redacted]) out and diagnosing the problem. No fancy, slick talking, no pressure sales, no emergency charges or fees, just down to earth simple facts and options for us to consider. Very pleasant and respectful gentleman. Will not hesitate to call these folks again if we ever have a problem with A/C or furnace. These are people that really seem to want to help you.

To Whom it may concern,
The technician that was out at her house noted that the system had a 9 degree split temperature, and signs of a leak.  We recommended that Ms. [redacted] replace her system due to age, and provided her an estimate.  Ms. [redacted] had another contrator out to her...

home, and he recharged the system.  The other contractor left notes on his invoice to come back in 30 days to check the refrigerant charge in the system.After receiving a letter from Ms. [redacted] claiming that we sabotaged her air Conditioning unit, we contacted her, and sent the owner of our business out to talk with her.  We explained to Ms. [redacted] that we did not sabotage her unit, and that her unit has a leak in it.
We prepared a letter for Ms. [redacted] to sign that had her admit that the complaint was false.  We paid her $325.06 the amount she paid the other contractor, to withdraw her false complaint.  This letter is attached
The complaint however made it to the Revdex.com.  We contacted Ms. [redacted] and she said that she would contact you to withdrawal the complaint.

The team from SMW did an unbelievably great job! My family had two ACs ([redacted]) replaced this month. SMW offered a competitive estimate, but more importantly the work was completed impeccably. The staff was professional, the products are high tech, and the system is working better than I have ever seen it. All of the features of the system were explained; which is great because I do not speak HVAC.
By far my best investment of 2015. I wish I would have done it earlier. [redacted] and [redacted] did a great job.

We are very happy and impressed with the work of SMW Refrigeration. They have been very professional through the whole process of buying and installing our new air unit. They went to great lengths to make sure our system works its best. They included everything in the cost and didn't keep adding to the cost even though they found more that needed to be done. They were on time every time and did an excellent job. We are thrilled!

there are a lot of A/C companies out there good, bad, better but SMW Refrigeration stood out for many reasons.

I called them to diagnose a old unit that would not efficiently cool my first floor on very hot days and was wanting for them to clean the coils/blower motor. The gentlemen I spoke to was very knowledgeable and not just a sales guy; he explained to me that the unit was on his last days and that a clean-up tune up wasn’t going to help much. I was really trying to save $ (for the second year) knowing that a replacement was due…

So we spoke about replacing our 27 yrs old gas furnace / 17 years old compressor with a new Trane system to match the one on the second floor. I immediately felt like I was getting a good price and service and I asked a bunch of technical questions which have been answered one by one.

I obviously did some more research about the equipment and obtained a quote from another company which had very aggressive pricing. I ended up getting a great deal, better equipment and unbeatable financing option (and a awesome thermostat).

This company was able to schedule me for a new installation within a few days and sure enough, they showed up at 8am as they said they would. 2 gentlemen, very polite and professional started working on the unit; they took their time and did not rush the installation. I kept checking their work , asking questions and they were always happy to answer them for me.

Luckily they didn’t encounter any roadblocks so by mid afternoon the new system was blowing cold air.

What a difference!

They kept the working area clean and they also went ahead and explained a few features of the new thermostat.

I also got a follow up call 24 hours later to make sure everything was working as expected.

I am very pleased with the work performed and the people I have dealt with so I made sure I told them they would get my business on my mom’s house and her rental house as well. I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends and family.

I would strongly recommend SMW for all your a/c needs. No pressure sales, great engineering support and knowledgeable tech's. Very professional installation and competitive pricing.

Todd was here to do a semi annual check up on my 10 yr old system. I would like a 2nd opinion from another technician. He seemed to be more interested in selling me a new unit and extending my PMA for another 7 yrs than servicing my unit. I am only two years into a 5 year old PMA contract. I would like to go up on the roof and see personally what he was talking about.

A/C went out on Saturday night about 5:30PM over long Labor Day Weekend. Talked to Todd on phone and got all my questions answered. He came out, got the system running again, and did all the paperwork to have a new system installed the following Wednesday. Installation took about 8 hours mostly due to limited work space in the attic. Would have preferred a start time of between 8 and 9 in the morning instead of the 11AM when they got here. Techs were professional and courteous. They answered all my questions. The only negative about the whole installation process was although they ensured the A/C ran properly before they left they did not test the heat strips. It was just after 7PM when they finished and seeing I purchased their 10 year maintenance program I plan on having them check out the heating portion of the unit about mid to late October when I will be able to stop using the A/C for cooling. Area was clean and all components of the old system removed when they finished. Overall - great company and personnel to work with.

Scott, the owner of SMW reviewed my AC/Heating unit this morning, Monday, after I submitted a negative review on Friday on Todd, his technician. I felt Todd was pushing a new unit over service. My unit is ten years old and is showing signs of age. I was completely satisfied with Scott's explanation and review. There is no need to replace my unit at this time, esp since I will not have the AC on for close to six months. Thank you, Scott for taking time away from your business on Monday morning and coming so quickly to make us both feel much better.
