NEVER RECEIVED ORDER REFUSED REFUND

ordered 12/21/20 and it’s nearing 5 weeks
I haven’t received tracking info and have been refused refund

This is a shell company run by a woman in Philippines. Collars are made in China. Mailing address in Houston is a commercial mailing and shipping business which handles mailing for companies worldwide.
The collars are good quality, but I do not like the deceit or the very long waiting time. I have ordered x5 but did not research the actual company until now. Currently waiting for my LAST order.

Scam! I got two empty dog beds covers that you can't even fill because they are seal Do not buy anything from them they take your money and send you a crazy item after months of buying it

I have not disputed the charge with my bank because I used my debit card not an actual charge card.Tell us why here

SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!.I ORDERED STUFF FOR MY NEW PUPPY IN APRIL.THEY TOOK MY MONEY RIGHT AWAY BUT HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS BEEN OVER MONTHS.NOW THEY TELL ME THE SHIPMENT WAS LOST WHICH SEEMS TO BE WHAT THEY TELL EVERYONE.THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE AND TAKING THEIR MONEY.WE CONSUMERS NEED SOME HELP!!!

I placed a big order the collors came in one was missing the phone number I realized it was my fault so I tried to call them they never answer the phone so I emailed them they will not return my phone calls they do return my emails but I asked him to please call me and they never called me and they will not resolve the issue I understand leaving the phone number off was my fault but after ordering at least between my friend and myself you think they would let me send the collor back and put the phone number on but they're not concerned about resolving the issueCollors are very nice but I would never go back to a company that does not care about their clients I'm sure there's plenty of other companies that personalize their collars .I warned them but they did not call me I was going to put a negative review this could all have been resolvedLike I said I understand leaving the phone number off was my fault They said they had too many phone calls to return my phone call why am I less important than anybody elseI hope other people find this helpful

In my original complaint and in the email I sent to Snazzy Fido I requested an immediate refund of the purchase price to be credited to my credit cardThis Response does not even address that request nor did the email I received from Snazzy FicoIf the tracking is correct it will be well over what the advertised shipping was

A bunch of cheats. I ordered two collars on July 21 2018. There is a phone number on the website which never answers. I wish I had read the reviews on internet before ordering. I was in a rush as we were moving and I wanted my dogs to wear the collar before move. After two weeks of no sign I contacted them and they told me it’s going to take two more weeks. I hurriedly ordered these from amazon and they were delivered the next day. I contacted them again after three weeks they told me it was shipped. After four weeks I contacted them again and they said the order is lost! I asked them for order number and the name of the courier company they did not reply! I put a dispute with my bank and here I am warning the customers not to order with Snazzy Fido.

I ordered a personalized collar. The number 6 in our phone number looks like an 8. I sent an email with a picture of the collar. I got a robo-email with a ticket #. The message said they will contact me within 24 hours. They never did, and I have sent 3 messages now. I tried to call, the phone rings and rings and then goes dead. This is not a good company. I am going to order another collar from Petco and just write off the $ spent on this collar. Company is bogus!

Ordered a product online from them 2 months ago. I've never received the product nor an email from them. They did manage to take my money however.

Snazzy Fido,
Ordered item in November, but item didi not arrive until January 6th. Company site stated 7-10 days delivery. Company phone number on the site did not work. I sent several emails requesting a refund and to cancel the order. But was not given what I asked for. This company site states that they are a small company and lists their address as Houston, TX but the item shipped from China. Very odd.

I am in the same boat as you . Ordered 2 collars in April, supposedly lost, supposedly sent 2 new ones, still haven't received them. Good ol Melvin from customer service, I think he's a robot. sends the same response everytime I ask "where are they"

Collar is defective.
No satisfaction although I’ve sent 5 emails
