On November 4, 2017 I place an on-line order with Snappy Fido. I have attempted to contact this company by phone several times. I also sent emails. I have had one response (November 13) telling me my order was ready to be shipped. I have replied three times to that email asking for more information and have had no reply. The one time that I did get through on the phone, I was told that my order had been shipped and I would get a confirmation email. That was on November 30th and I have received neither my order nor my confirmation email. I tried to call again today and the phone rang twice and went dead. This is a scam company!

I ordered a collar and matching leash from Snazzy Fido, 3 times they "lost" my order, After 2 month, I asked for a refund and "Aubrey" sent me a refund notification 50 times in my email to "punish" me for canceling, this is a horrible scam for a company, do not use!

I ordered a personalized dog collar with my dog's name and our phone number on it. The collar arrived and the name was not centered on the back of the collar, so the buckle for the collar covered the dog's name. What good is a name on a collar if you cannot read it without taking off the collar. I e-mailed this company and they told me that was how they are done. I said if I had known this I would not have ordered. I asked for a refund or a new collar, and they told me I was out of luck. I e-mailed several times and the last time they just said they were closing the ticket and they would do nothing for me. I am left with a collar that I will not put on my dog and am out the $13 I paid for the collar. I would not order from this company again and I would not advise anyone else to either. I am very disappointed with the way they handled things. A refund would have been nice. I would have been glad to return the collar, but they said they could do nothing for me.
Please don't order from this company. They are very frustrating and not worth the trouble.

They sent me the wrong size collars and I am unable to contact them ... Phone # is not in service a person from micro soft windows or something answers the number they provided. (Think it is in India)... Live chat does not work either, they will not answer that also. I either want my right collars NOW or money refunded... Your choice, but I will not wait another 3/4 weeks for collars again... Your choice if you read this you have a very unsatisfied customer.

These people are bullies.I did not get what I ordered the said I didn't put my phone number in. I did put it in. You would think they would fix it. There mean! It took monthe to get here and it's not right. The refuse to make it right. They are bully's, In the long run, they will loose. All this over $18.00

Were you able to speak to someone at this business? Phone # they have listed is not correct. They will not answer live chat.

Review: I ordered a personalized dog collar/light on Jan. 24th....to date I am still waiting on my product and have tried to call but the number given is not a working number for the Company. I am apparently not the only one that has had this issue. They have already been paid through Paypal. Review: I placed an order in June. In July, I received someone else's collar. I have contacted them repeatedly only to get a sorry and we will fix it. It's now October, and nothing. I paid for this in June and I have never received what I purchased.Desired Settlement: Either deliver the produce NOW or refund my credit card charges

Review: I have a new startup business called Scitor Education which is a Maryland-based online tutoring company. I have bought a phone number from [redacted] Apparently this phone number belonged to snazzyfido.com before, and now all of their customers keep calling me that they have not received their order. Even some credit company and some federal agency called me that I need to refund these customers. I would like to file a complaint against snazzyfido.com for using this phone number and for not delivering orders and not giving refunds. They are ripping off a lot of people and I am paying for all these phone calls because of them, and I need to be refunded for that as well. I have lost around $10 until now, but it will increase if we don't stop the operations of snazzyfido as soon as possible. Thank you.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Close down snazzyfido.com's website, or tell them not to use this phone number[redacted] on their credit card receipts. Also I would be happy to receive a refund for the phone calls. Stop snazzyfido.com from ripping off people.

Review: Placed an order online, they charged me an international charge and usa charge of 21.35 x2 after reading the horrible reviews on facebook and Revdex.com, I want to CANCEL my order, they are scammers. My total order was $21.35Desired Settlement: Just cancel my order and refund my credit card. thanks

Review: I ordered 5 dog collars on Jan 29, 2015! Paid in full and received the statement proving so along with bank statements! I was promised a delivery time of 10-14 days! I have still have not received my items as of 3-20-15! The numbers are not valid numbers, the "chat" they have on their website has a woman by the name of Aubrey that responds and gives the same answers everytime. Items were supposedly shipped and lost. She said they would remake and reship and still has yet to do it, promised phone calls and they never come, her emails are the same stating she will look into it and get back with me and that never happens eitherDesired Settlement: I would like a refund as I do not trust this company or their products!

Review: 07-18-15 - ordered and was charged for (4) custom dog collars and (4) custom dog leashes

09-01-15 - followed up and was told by [redacted] in a live chat that they had had many orders that were lost and mine must have been one of the lost orders, she said she would re-process the order and she would have them sent out asap. I was told I would get an order email or call back. never received either.

09-18-15 - followed up again, never received an email with order info or call back as promised with order info. This time did a live chat with [redacted] again and was told the name I entered for the collars and leashes were too long and they could not be printed. I gave her smaller names. I asked how they printed, shipped and lost the first order as she had told me, if the names were too long. I asked why no one had contacted me to resolve the issue so that they could be processed, and all I was told was she was not sure. She said the names were corrected and they would be processed and shipped shortly. Was told to expect a call back or email, I received neither.

10-13-15 - Followed up again, never received any emails or call back with order or shipping info. I was told that she had no updates on the order from the manuf. I asked for a refund. By this point I was frustrated. It has been 3 months. [redacted] said she would do a full refund and for my troubles, they would go ahead and send the products. She said she would get back with me again when she had info. No response.

10-21-15 - Followed up again. Entered into a live Chat with [redacted] and asked why I had not received the refund. She said once she has the tracking number for my order, she could process the refund. I explained that I did not care about the order at this point, I wanted the refund now. she stated that she would process the refund today. I asked for an email stating info about the refund and she said I should have it today. I have still not received anything from them.

I have dealt with refunds before through paypal and if in fact they sent a refund, it would show up on my paypal account. There is not a 2-3 day process as she stated. You hit the button and it hits. I will be surprised if I see the product of the refund.Desired Settlement: I hope to receive the refund for 63.60 above all else and I do feel that as she stated, they should go ahead and ship the product that I have been waiting on for 3 months.

Review: I placed an on line order April 1, 2015 for 4 embodied dog collars. The order was still in "unfulfilled" status 4-5 weeks later. I called the phone number on the website and spoke to a gentleman. Sounded like he was from India. He gave a lot of lip service but could not provide information about why the order was not shipped. I asked for my money back, he continued with his lip service. He stated I would receive an email about my order. A week later I received neither and email, my order or a phone call. I tried to call back but no one answered the phone. I emailed them using their on line messaging feature to no avail. I started an on line chat with "[redacted]" who kept calling me [redacted]. My name is [redacted]. They too offered lip service. When I asked for the suppliers contact information I was told the supplier is from [redacted]. Today 06.04.15 I have received neither a refund or my product. I tried to call again today. No one answered. I tried their online chat - [redacted] joined the online Chat" and got the same B/S lipe service. THIS IS DEFINATELY A SCAM. THE SITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded. $ 33.80.

Review: I ordered from this company and my card was immediately charged. I order on 4/5 with a confirmation delivery of 1 to 2 weeks. today is may 7 and I still haven't received my product. I have asked twice for a refund and was told I could get it but I have yet to receive my money or my product.Desired Settlement: to get a refund and for others to know of this companies service
