I paid for something and haven’t heard or received a [removed] email about my [removed] stuff you are lucky I don’t know where you are located cause I will rob your [removed]

I ordered my item on 12/11/17; they lied to me twice about my order and I still haven't received my order.. I would not recommend anyone to this company. Terrible service.. they can take your money but not send you the item you paid for... I will never shop with these guys again.. and I'm going to put the word out to other ppl who are trying to shop with these guys in the future. They are not reliable and from what I see the professional level of business sucks literally.. do not I repeat do not shop with sneaker outfits..

Ordered an item on 12/12/2017 and still have not received it. Received a tracking number on 12/15 and the post office has not even received the item for shipping. Sent a email and response I received was my order was still being processed and to check back the next day for updated shipping. Two days later and it still hasn’t moved. Guaranteed by Christmas my as. Will definitely be opening a case up with PayPal and this will be the last time I order gifts for my husband from here.

7 days awaitng for my item to move arrive at post office highly upset I placed this order more then 2 weeks before xmas to receive and now its stuck in california this is unacceptable. emailed twice I have 2 different order number and nothin both say same thing

I went through the same thing with sneakermatch website it’s a shame you have to go through so much to get something you spent your hard earned money on and the crazy thing about is the product is good and they could really go somewhere with this but their customer service is horrible so I’m not sure if I want to purchase now if I have to go through all of this to get something I paid for.

My name is Freddie Duncan I place a order with sneaker outfits I haven't received a tracking number for my order or anything else no reply to my messages an it been since November 10

I order a Shirt November 10th I haven't received a message or tracking number to track my order an I left 4 messages no reply

I placed an order for a long sleeve t shirt to match some shoes I just purchased and after waiting for two weeks I have not received or heard anything about my order. I tried calling and emailing the company and I have not received a single response. I was sent a tracking number but when I tracked the package, it says the post office is still waiting for the item to be given to the post office. I wish I would have read these reviews before I made the purchase of the item or else I never would have even thought about purchasing anything from these scammers. I want my full refund of $40.65 or my merchandise expedited with a real tracking number.

I purchased an item from sneakeroutfits.com and I was sent a tracking number saying that USPS is waiting on the item to be shipped, I have called the company and emailed them numerous times about my shipment and when it was going to be given to the post office for them to deliver but I have received no answer on any of my calls or emails. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered something from this scam of a site, I want my money back or my merchandise that I paid for.

We under new customer service now and any body that doesn't receive a email response within 24 hrs get a free t-shirt. This will begin on Oct 1st 2017

I placed an order with them over a week ago and have been emailing them every since and no updates on the order or reply to my emails. I should've come here to check the reviews before ordering because I would've never ordered from them. I'm going to file a complaint through PayPal and have them send me my money back because at this point I don't want the shirt anymore. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and DO NOT order from them. They will just take your money and you won't receive your merchandise.

I placed an order with this whatever it is on may 14, 2017...I spend $115.00 as of this writing I received nothing...No response to my emails...Wasn't able to find a telephone number...No tracking number...Nothing...But they have my money...At this point I don't even want the merchandise I just want a full refund! This is a bogus company...Do not order from them!

Finally got a tracking number but it's been a week no movement. The tracking number only says the the Post office was aware that an item need to be shipped but seller has not given the merchandise to the Post office. I've emailed them a couple times and no response. This sucks because I really like a lot of there t shirts.
