Been emailing this company for the past week and still no email or a tracking Number. Last email I got was last week saying my order will be shipped out on Monday but no emails since then. Very bad business. I even Facebook them, Instagram then and still no reply back.

Same story, purchased an item, no tracking number. Sent 3 emails, no responses. I received a tracking number, but it hasn't processed because the company failed to give them a package to send me. Don't buy from them! I assumed because pay pal was on their website they were legit, but I am unsure now. If I don't either receive my package or get a refund I am reporting their website! They don't even have a phone number!

Never mind, I received my package. I almost feel bad now, they're legit.

Don't order from these people the are scammers..you won't find one single positive review about these folks..they are ss and are not a business..you've been warned!

Complaint. I have ordered a shirt processed my payment. Waited a few days no response saying when item would be shipped. Emailed company first time got a email back with a tracking # basically saying USPS has been notified of package but shirt hasn't been shipped. Emailed them 4 more times called them 3 times no response send me my shirt or give me my refund.

Review: I ordered from their website and didn't receive any confirmation of my purchase but noticed that my card was charged. I called and emailed them and couldn't reach anyone. The number was invalid. After another email attempt I get a response saying that I made a purchase but it offered no details whatsoever. I replied to the email to express my concern about the purchase as well as check the status of my order. I have not received a response yet and it's going on 3 weeks. The more concerning part is that I've seen reviews after my purchase and these complaints have been voiced several times with this same business. I just want my merchandise or my refund.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like my merchandise or my refund. But seeing as I work in the retail industry I know the importance of customer satisfaction so some type of contact, apology, and compensation should definitely be in order.

Review: I never received the tee shirt that I paid for the tracking number they gave me does not exists I emailed them and received no answer and I made a comment on their [redacted] page about my item and they blocked me from making contact without putting any effort into either refunding me or resolving the issue in other ways. They took my money and didn't send the item.Desired Settlement: I just would like my money back of $27.99

Review: Ok I purchased a T shirt online from sneakeroutfits.com after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. It stated buy 1 T shirt and get 1 T shirt free from there choosing. I purchased the T shirt I wanted on July ** 2014 and then waited. After several emails I sent to the company I finally received a reply which stated that the T shirt I ordered was out of stock a month after I initially purchased it. They also stated that I could only choose a T shirt from a line up called "lacing up" which I didn't want any of those shirts so my only other option was a refund. Then about 2 weeks after that I received the Shirt I initially ordered with a defect and never received the free T shirt. I used the promo code they stated to use which was "freeTee" alsoDesired Settlement: I believe that this was a horrible shopping experience and would like a total refund of my money for the horrible experience they put me through and not sending me the free shirt which was advertised

Review: On July [redacted] I purchased a shirt in the amount of $26.10 through their website Sneakeroutfits.com. I had been a fan of theirs for some time admiring their products on instagram but never ordering before. Sure enough the funds were collected by them that same night. I received an email stating that they shipped out my item on July [redacted] which I found weird since it was 4 days later but I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe they were busy, with that email was a usps tracking number attached to it. Up until July [redacted] everytime I checked the status on [redacted] it said they had no record of that tracking number. Finally as of July [redacted] all it says is "Electronic Shipping Info Received" as of July [redacted]. So I began to send emails to SneakerOutfits but never got a response back. I then tried to contact them on instagram asking them to check their email because I was trying to contact them in regards to my shirt. Come to find out they have blocked me on instagram and have not made any form of attempt to either contact me or refund me (which i'd rather just get the shirt I paid for). I started doing a little research and comes to find out I wasnt the first customer to have been cheated by them. So long story short I have sent over 5 emails which none have been responded to by them. I since then had no choice but to file a dispute through paypal which im currently waiting on and go through Revdex.com to get a final resolution as no outcome has yet happened.Desired Settlement: I want either my item overnight shipped to me for the lack of customer service on their behalf, for treating me like I did something bad to them by ignoring and blocking me on instagram so I couldn't contact them or a full refund. I also would like everyone to know how they are crooks and scammers who do not care about their customers needs or concerns!

Review: I placed an order and paid for a sweat shirt on December [redacted]. After waiting two weeks when I didn't receive a notification of delivery or any shipping information, I called the store and advised a worker at the store. He assured me I would be contacted by email but I wasn't. I also sent out three emails about my order. I was finally emailed back with an apology and a tracking number for delivery. I got the tracking information on December [redacted]. I waited until December [redacted] to email them again. I was again told my package would be mailed out on Monday, Dec [redacted]. Today is December [redacted] and the tracking number still says not information found.Desired Settlement: I need to be refunded the money I spent.
