I bought my electric leaf blower from hsn last year and I was not able to use it as I had surgery and I started it up today and about 30 minutes it started smoking and I immediately disconnected it from the power cord which was a regular outside heavy duty cord and before I could get it uncoupled it started burning at the connection . Doesn't have a scratch on it but it is dead as they come Needless to say it was suppose to be the best and had an attachment that you could blow your gutters out with and I was really looking forward to using it. So much for that

We apologize for the inconvenience, we will be more than happy to take care of this issue for our customer, we have two options, unfortunately since this item is a seasonal item we are currently out of stock until the end of November, we can have a replacement order open for the customer and as soon
as the item is available we will make sure to send the replacement out. We apologize for the inconvenience even if the unit is a discontinued model it has a two year warranty with us, we will be more than happy to replace the unit with the model that replace the *** our *** all we will need is a copy of the proof of purchase email to us to *** as

On September 9th I submitted an order for a replacement wheel kit for my snowblower - it's well ahead of winter on both sides of the coast I was sent just a wheel without the accessories for the KITI have emailed and submitted help tickets times to resolve the issue and get the actual wheel KIT I have an email acknowledging this was their error but all the promises of shipping have not happened It's getting colder outside - I still don't have a wheel kit
