I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, I would like to note that my complaint has nothing to do with the recent balloon accident in Texas, it is rather an issue that their supposed vendors are no longer supporting vouchers from Soaring Adventures due to lack of paymentIn order to help Soaring Adventures with their future business I would like to give the specific example of the *** ** *ocationThey will not accept Soaring Adventure's vouchers and I suggest they be removed from their online list

Hi I have spoken with the customer and asked her to return the flight tickets to us and we will be happy to give her a refund.  We need to have the merchandise returned, We still have not received the tickets back here in our office to give her the refund.   Thank you Diane

WARNING:
In Oregon, all the Ballooning companies no longer work with 800 Soaring Adventures, since they do not pay. I have a full money back guarantee on my 4 tickets, but they have refused to pay me back.
I am out $700 and sounds like they are not paying a lot of others as well.

I've been trying to get a refund from this business since October 2nd. The customer service rep has been rude and unhelpful. She responded to my e-mail with a form letter for refund requests. I've called three different times, and was told on October 8th that my refund would be processed today. Instead, I received two more e-mails with the form letter. The closest facility to my home was closed, and I'm not going to drive three hours each way to go to the next closest facility. When I attempted to call today, I received a message their mail box is full. Yesterday, I spoke with a gentleman who was very helpful, and assured me I would get a refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I extended my original expiration dates for my tickets because after attempting to book flights multiple times, they were all cancelled due to weather.

I am rejecting this response because: after having tried to reschedule with Mike, many pilots will not accept the gift cards, when I emailed your help address to reschedule I got no response. We no...

longer are going to use the gift card and my parents are very upset by the entire experience and the recent accidents involving hot air balloon flights. I see online that MANY people have been requesting refunds and have infact been refunded. As such, I would like my $514 returned.

This is a terribly-run business. After purchasing 2 flight tickets for a balloon ride, I have not been able to get anyone to accept them. All the operators who used to take the tickets say they won't anymore because they never get paid by 800soaring. Still trying to get my money back, they say they will call you back but they never do. Shame on "Rob" and "Diane." Total joke of a company.
