I am rejecting this response because:
I have already mailed the flight tickets with my contact information back to you at the address provided. However, the "refund policy" that your company forwarded on to me clearly indicates that refunds are processed in "financial quarters" and that I could potentially be waiting until November or December for you to cut a refund check to me. This is completely unacceptable, considering that you have already held my money for 5 months. Your Company knew when you accepted my payment and sent those tickets to me, back in April, that the tickets were no good. You simply sat back and waited for me to realize it, and that is terrible business practice! If that money had been sitting in my bank account this whole 5 months, I would have accrued interest on it all of this time. Instead, your company more than likely gained interest on MY funds! Therefore, I feel it is only fair for your company to reimburse me with interest for the 5 months you stole my money, and I do not think I should have to wait another month or more for my refund!

will process the refund then.  Also I will enclose a self addressed stamped envelope so they can return the flight ticket to us when they receive their refund check  She is disputing an amount that does not equal to the amount she paid for the tickets  she paid $342.90 for the flight ticket so we will make the check out to what she paid us for the ticket, if she can provide us information with what the difference was we will be happy to adjust the amount.   Thank you  Diane

This company sells balloon rides and gives a list of people in the area who give rides where the balloon ride can be used. However, they people do not give the rides. No matter how many times we have called in three years, we have not been able to get an appointment. Soaring Adventures will not give refunds for services purchased and not received.

10/2016 I purchased a certificate for a hot air balloon ride in Dec. 2015.
Called someone on the list of local pilots that they provided and was told that they are no longer working for Soaring Adventures because they have not been paid.

In August 2016 I purchased 2 vouchers (both good for 2 years) through Living Social for Hot Air Balloon rides with Soaring Adventures of America. I haven't had a chance to redeem them yet, but today I was finally going to book the flight. So I tried to go on their website to look up pilots, but they're website no longer exists. So I looked on the internet for more info. Apparently a lot of people have had trouble redeeming their vouchers because the pilots won't except them due to extended non-payment by Soaring Adventures. Due to so many complaints, the Revdex.com reached out to them & Soaring Adventures responded stating what they would do to address the issues. About a year later the Revdex.com reached out to them again because the complaints had actually increased. They received no response. The Revdex.com has since revoked their accreditation of Soaring Adventures of America.
Now, Soaring Adventures is out of business! They no longer have a website or valid e-mail and all the phones are disconnected, so there is no way to contact them to get a refund.
Help! Desired settlement: Full refund!

I have tried over and over to use my certificates from Soaring Adventures of America. I guess I am stuck with a 4 person balloon ride ticket that won't get me 10 feet off the ground!
I purchased the ticket in April 2016 and was told to use a 'code' on the ticket in order to extend the expiration date due to the company having some problems. Little did I know that the company would go out of business! When I would try to use the ticket I was told by the companies I called they were not dealing with Soaring Adventures due to lack of reimbursement/payment. Others said they were trying to work things out with the company.

I too was duped by this erroneous company. I purchased ($382.90) a hot air balloon ride for my wife as a Christmas gift to be used this summer. I called today to book my flight and could not get an answer. When I went to the website it said that it no longer existed. What a scam. I should have known better. Now we are out of our money and our balloon ride. This stinks!

I have a flight ticket from Soaring Adventures of America, Inc. that I wanted to use unfortunately when I called the 2 balloonists in our area I was told that Soaring Adventures of America has gone bankrupt and unfortunately my ticket was no longer worth anything. I want a refund of the $169.95 that I paid for my ticket. [email protected]

I purchsased the Shared Basket Ride for two people in February of 2016. I have tried several times to contact the two pilots in my area to schedule this ride and I have left messages that were never returned and sent emails that were unanswered. The one time I did actually get through, the pilot said that Soaring Adventures was not honoring the vouchers from October 2016 until January 2017. I know that the two pilots who are on the list supplied to me fly frequently. They fly right over my house several times a month. My voucher expires 6/1/2017 and since I have never been able to get a ride scheduled, I would like to know how to get a refund. I also have called Soaring Adventures number several times over the last year and a half and have never had a call returned.
