My experience with Santoro Oil has been very positiveFor a very long time I had a different oil company and several times complained about how I never really got hot water from my hot water faucetsThey gave me multiple excuses but never really solved the problemThe very first time Santoro Oil came to do preventative service they solved the problem
In February I decided to look for a good oil company Upon looking at the reviews online, I decided to go with Santoro Oil On February 25, I met with ***, Santo Oil's Salesman He reviewed my home, the furnace, oil tank and I ended up purchasing the Deluxe Service Plan for $per year, covering just about everything It was the best contract they had One week later, March 4, 2016, *** from Santoro Oil filled my oil tank All day I could smell a strong smell of oil We went out to dinner and came home to an extremely strong odor of oil The oil had leaked all underneath the tank, running onto clothes, rugs, ruined the cement floor This is at around 9:00pm I called Santoro Oil and the girl that answered the phone could not reach a service man so she had to call the service manager In the meantime, we had found the hole in the tank and were trying to find a way to fix it....not knowing it is HAZMAT The service man came out and put a temporary metallic patch on the tank He told me it could last for a while, or the tank could get another leak I was then weighing my options on what to do, replace the tank or transfer over to natural gas In the meantime, the same week, my furnace kept stopping I reset it and reset it, but it didn't work so I called Santoro Oil again, knowing I have this contract in place, maybe they could send a service tech out to clean it I was told my contract had been cancelled When I asked why, I was told "my oil tank is too old and in bad shape According to their contract, the only reason the contract could be cancelled is a past due account over days The salesman had just reviewed the oil tank on 2/25/and signed me up for a contract Is the contract only good if you do not use it????? Santoro Oil left me without heat, with my elderly mother of years old in the middle of winter I had to call another company to come out and try to get my furnace working because Santoro Oil told me they were going to bill me to come out because they cancelled my contract I highly do not recommend this company Very disappointed in the lack of caring, professionalism and standing my your word Obviously contracts mean nothing to Santoro Oil I also have still not received my refund for the contract yet, which I paid on 2/25/with my debit *** account
Simply put you the best oil company around when I need oil, or just a simple question you and your employees have come to the rescueYou shpuld be very pleased with your employ's
I recently had a hard time understanding my bill, so I called the customer support lineI am going to be honest, I expected this phone call to be an unpleasant task, however I was pleasantly surprised! I spoke with a real live person and they were so patient and understandingThey explained my bill thoroughly and I felt much more confident with the billing and payment processI would recommend Santoro Oil to everyone! Great company and great service!!
Recently switched from another companySantoro beat the other companies price! The sales repwho came out to the house was greatStayed longer to answer all my questions and gave great advise for energy savingEven looked at my system and advised a duel zone to warm up cold bedrooms and cool down living room, again saving us energy and moneyWe saved a lot of money switchingVery happy with Santoro!
Santorum oil company is great at what they doI have been with the for approxyears nowWhen ever I had a problem with my furnace they come rightI recently was out of the countryWhen I came back home I noticed that my fuel in my tank was lowI called customer service and the woman I spoke to was great and the fuel was delevered the next day which was awesome because the next couple of days call for single digit tempsThank you so much
