Santoro was not like thatat allSantoro has been with me since day oneThe day I bought my house I called for service and within an hour a gentleman was at my house and he helped me figure out the right plan for me based on my house size and usageHaving oil heating was the one thing I liked least about buying my house because of all the horror stories of having an empty tank and the prices of oil going upI've never had an empty tank thanks to their automatic delivery program and my oil is actually the lowest bill I pay and the only bill that is consistentSame amount, same due date month after monthI would not change Santoro for anything

Recently I have had problem, that seemed simple, to me It wasn't The tech checked each issue related component and had to replace several pieces Nice to get it all done in one trip, and made totally functional again
For the first frigid cold snap of the year, Santoro Oil sent a friendly email reminder about how to prepare your home to ensure pipes don't freeze and maintain proper heating in the home What I appreciated most was that the email felt genuine - not at all a sales gimmick! I never received a friendly reminder like that from any previous oil company
We recently moved to *** and called Santoro Oil for both our Oil and our propane needs The man who installed our propane tank and converted our stove was clean, fast, thorough, and friendly I highly recommend this company
When I turned on my furnace for the Fall, I noticed that the humidifier was draining water all the timeI called for service and within hours, I had a serviceperson at my house fixing the problemI couldn't ask for any better response time!

I have been a customer of Santoro Oil for over years now & have found them o be professional, friendly & very responsive to my families heating & cooling needsMost recently, my home heating oil tank developed a small leak, (it had just been filled), & we had an emergency situation on our handsWe immediately called Santoro, who took immediate steps to ensure the safety of my family & homeThey walked us through how to turn of the furnace & dispatched their technicians to survey the situation so they could respond with the correct equipmentThe service/repair/install teams, arrived, pumps out the oil into a holding tank, removed the defective tank, installed the new one, installed new feed & air gap lines, pumped the oil back in, tested the system & cleaned up everythingThis was all done in one day! Simply a great job!!
Recently purchased a permanent generator from Santoro Oil in Providence RI and found *** in their Customer Service Deptto be extremely concerned and helpful as she followed up on the installationShe definitely is a great representative for Santoro and handled the various issues we encountered very well*** ***
