This bed is gorgeous and is contemporary and comfortable! The bed is very well built (the materials) but I recomend that you have either a handy friend to help or hire the service to assemble. The four boxes that arrive at your door are so well built and heavy, one person cannot put this together on their own! Please don't let that discourage from purchasing bed...it is well worth the effort!

This is a terrific bed with huge storage benefits. We really like the bed and the hydraulic lift for storage. The storage area is probably twice that of a conventional pull out drawer. The color varies with the light, sometimes it looks brown and other times more of a gray. Thanks a lot the Sohomod team for efforts!

Very nice modern king bed, with excellent storage underneath the bed. The headboard folds up so you can lay against it for reading which is nice. So if you are used to your head being by the endtable you are further from it. The hydraulic hinges work well and move the bed up without issue. The storage is excellent. Of note the side and end bed rail come with velcro covers. So all the fabric you see on the side and end is removable. I guess to be able to wash it. Anyhow because of this you have to work to get a tight fit, but we did and they look good. Bed is very solid and has a great modern feel.

This is top-quality beautiful piece. It is heavy. the large piece that wraps around the entire structure feels very sturdy, similar with the rest of the construction. It has top of the line self-closing drawer. The high price is really called for. The wood grain finish of the main structure is gorgeous. The plain piano white finish of the drawers is also gorgeous. It took a long time to arrive and sure it was worth the wait. I have used it not as a TV stand but rather in a capacity similar to that shown in the picture. I have a window in a recessed area of the living room and this low-profile display suits that space perfectly. I put a few books and a couple of decorative items on top. I use drawers for remotes, chargers, wires and nick nacks for entertainment :) . Before buying this note the dimensions. It is smaller and lower profile than you might think

I was a little uncertain when I purchased this if I'd like it or not, but I am so glad that I did. It was super easy to put together, and I've received tons of compliments on it from friends. The company packs it really well, and the company that delivered it was very nice. They even dropped it off in the home. I highly recommend this product!

This is a very well made, very comfortable, modern unit. Modern is so hard to find. The quality of the leather is really good. It looks awesome in my living room. If this matches your decor it is very highly recommended!

I got a beautiful bed, with plenty of storage. Very soft and comfortable bed, really good materials. We installed it in our modern room. This worked quite well and we are happy with the results.

The platform bed was as pictured on web site. I'm so happy I found it on Sohomod. I have experience with this online furniture store and I have NO neative things to tell. Bed came with any damage and was installed very quick. The delivery personnel were on time, polite, and did a great job assembling the bed.

I just put the new desk from Sohomod together in my living room. The writing desk is exactly as pictured; legs are solid wood. The three drawers are spring-loaded to open and close. The white part of the desk comes fully assembled, while the wood leg portion comes in four pieces and all of the tools for assembly comes with it. The finishing on the back side are complete, so the desk can be faced in any direction.

Sleek lacquer white desk looks super cool in my son's retro room. Arrived within a week. Only gripe was some of the holes for assembly did not line up and there were a minor crack in the corner of the desk. But my 11 year old assembled it himself. Sohomod called to follow up on delivery and has offered to come and repair the minor ding. Overall super happy with construction and look.

A really sleek looking desk for the art studio. Lots of room for storage and good work top. I have this desk in my art studio and it looks great complementing the paintings hung on the grey walls. Very pretty, simple lines and modern. There is ample drawer space which is nice. I think that the surface is considered a lacquer or lacquer type finish which makes it look glossy and slick which is nice. I'm glad that I purchased this desk it looks fabulous! It is a beautiful desk!

I'm extremely pleased with the purchase. The desk looks better in person than in the picture. The laminate finished is elegant and modern. It is Easy to clean, plenty of storage, and surface space. My favorite feature of the desk is how versatile the piece to the right is with the 3 drawers, it gives you an opportunity to give it your own style/look. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This was part of a major lobby remodel and as a designer I have used over 95% of Sohomod products for quality, pricing and service. The building had not been redone since the 1970's so this brought us quickly into the future. Ok I am giving this a 5 star because I loved the desk, and the only reason we exchanged the desk was that the client was too tall for the desk. Measure carefully, Great look, price and style. Will definitely keep this in my idea book for future projects.
