Eight Months after installation of my Solar City solar panels the panel stopped producing electricity. When I called Solar City to report the problem I was given a scheduled technician repair date eleven (11) days later. When I asked who pays the electric company in the meantime I was told that I pay them. I was also told that they would evaluate my loss of production every two years and write me a check for the loss. My evaluation date is April 2017. The concierge service was useless, simply quoting me the terms of my contract. I consider waiting eleven days for repair as very excessive. Very bad service.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: SolarCity did absolutely nothing. Their representative left me a voice mail stating that she would be transferring to a different department and that basically my solar system though it is NOT performing to the stated rating per the agreement it is performing ok.  They did not ever come out to my residence nor did I actually speak with any one other than a representative that seemed to be reading from a script. A customer relations manager made contact with our customer on 1/29/**. During that conversation we noted it appears that they are consuming more energy. We offered to have...

an Regional Sales Manager stop by the home to discuss this further. When our Regional Sales Manager reached out and was not able to gain contact with our customer on 2/8/**, a customer relations manager reached out and requested utility bills for 7/[redacted] through 9/[redacted]. These utility bills will help validate the data on file. We will have a customer relations manager reach back out next week to follow up on our request for the utility bills, and to help resolve our customer's concerns.

A Customer Relations Manager spoke to [redacted] on [redacted]. When [redacted] was asked to provide documentation that he said he had that proves his allegations, he refused. SolarCity is unable to assist our customer without the information we have requested from him. No further action can be taken without his cooperation.

Today 10/7/[redacted] I called Solar City to make a payment and they were not able to tell me how much I owed them, because there is still another account linked to mine (Refer to Revdex.com claim [redacted] for the first part of the story. Solar City told me two months ago that this issue was taken care of and yet again here I am dealing with the same problem. I want my account fixed in my name and my name only and I want to be able to make a payment and I wish that the company can tell me exactly what I owe them and not what my neighbors owe them. I wish for the company to credit my account for my last billing statement amount due to all the hassle and I wish for the company to actually fix the issue of breaching my information and having my account linked with another account immediately as this has been going on for 7 months now. I am pursuing a small claims lawyer as we speak. I wish that solar city would get their act together and fix this account and stop playing around. The only reason I found out it was not fixed as they stated it was two months ago was because I called in to make a payment and they did not know what I even owed them on my billing statement.

Nobody care to make an attempt to resolve the wrongdoing. They sent me an email to call them and when I called, nobody care to help. Left the voicemail- no response for 6 days.
Overcharging and making up "electricity production" are illegal matter which need to be addressed properly at the highest concern.
The company's business need to be audited and review by proper authorities.Sincerely,[redacted]

They are simply stalling now. I give them the address every single time that I have called. But here it is again...[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]
