Order not received and no response
Hello! I ordered shoes on April 6th it is now April 24th and I have not heard anything not an update no nothing I have tried every possible email to contact them been to every page looking for a possible phone number, tried Instagram nothing. Please just let me know if I won’t get the order, thank you

No shoes, no refund
I'm not sure what has happened to this once reputable company. I ordered a pair of espadrilles in 2018 and received them without issue. I ordered a second pair November 29th and still have not received them! I've had quick responses from customer service for the last 3 months, but the response has been that there is a back order in the warehouse. Late January I was told they were supposed to ship around February 1st. I finally asked for a refund. At that point, the customer service agent apologized and said she would take care of it. Now, only crickets. No response to any other emails I've sent this month. Very unprofessional! Fraudulent! I will NEVER recommend this company!

Never received product
I ordered a pair of tennis shoes for a Christmas present for my daughter on 12/5. Their website stated it would take 8-10 days to process. Today is 2/16 and the order hasn’t processed and I still haven’t received the shoes that cost $140. I contacted customer service sometime back and they couldn’t tell me when the shoes would ship and kindly refunded me a whole $14. Very disappointed in a company that is supposed to have a reputable name. Any suggestions on next steps to take.

Very difficult to reach a person to speak to I hear the shoes are great. Ordered brown sandals they have not come I have reached out through their website I don’t know what else to do. Heels collapsed
I have purchased a number of Soludos boots, sandals and sneakers and was a big fan. WAS! I bought some very cute brown suede boots in 2020 and I put them in the closet because it was during COVID and I wasn't really going out. When I finally did start wearing them I thought they were terrific but after about 15 wears (and I'm not talking about wearing them aggressively or hiking in them) the heels collapsed. There are holes in both heels and the plastic heel is showing. I wrote to them and they said it's after 90 days the best they could do was give me 20% off my next purchase. I was very unhappy with that response. I will not go back to them. These were $150 boots. You don't do this to a loyal customer.

I ordered a pair of Soludos for an event I was going toI was really excited because these shoes fit perfectly with the theme and my outfit so I ordered it right away so It can come in timeOnce I received my shoes, I opened the box to find a size shoe that was completely not what I orderedI was so upset to see these shoes in my presenceSo I went back to the Soludos website to contact someone about the mix upI saw that there was a Live Chat option and it says it was the fastest way to get an response so I was paired with [redacted] in the chat and I explained to her that I was sent the wrong shoesSo she asked me to send a picture to [redacted] and in the subject line to put ATT [redacted] Then before I can reply back she says goodbye and signs out of the chatI was so caught off guard because I never have experienced that before from any company I have contactedWeirded out but I still sent the email with a picture and waited for a responseShe asked me if I wanted a refund or to get the correct shoes and I had emailed back saying I would like my shoes but asked if there was any compensation to give to me since my order was wrong and I was expecting this pair to be here on time so I can wear it to my eventThat question was ignored and all she wrote was, " [redacted] ***" I was shocked at how not empathic she was to my situationIt wasn't my fault that Soludos messed up my order and NO compensation was offeredNo waived expedited shipping fee, no % off next order, NOTHINGI was pretty upset already so I reached back to another live chat rep and was partnered with a TamaraNow long story short, Tamara was another unsympathetic repShe kept on saying there was nothing she can do for me and that I would have to send back the shoes I received to get my money back or to get the correct shoes sent back to meUnderstandable but she didn't acknowledged that I was trying to wear this to an event and now possibly I won't be able toShe was not sensitive to how I was feeling because I was feeling very frustrated and upset about what was going onI figured that it wasn't worth arguing anymore through the live chat and just told Tamara that since we weren't getting anywhere with this then I would just call the customer service number and ask for a manager/supervisorWhile I was on the phone waiting for a response, Tamara typed back that she was sorry and offered $I was tired and frustrated already and did not want to fight anymore so I just took it and took it as an experience not to shop at Soludos againWhich is really unfortunate because I love the designs and shoes but it just left a a really bad taste in my mouth and I don't want to experience it again if in case something goes wrong if I made another order in the futureI won't be shopping here againSoludos reps need to be retrained on being empathic to consumersCustomers should not feel like they have to fight for their life to get any compensation because of a mistake on the company's behalf

Very bad customer service, I ordered a pair of their espadrilles and upon consulting their own customer service I was told to order a size up since they do not offer half sizesI got the product and it was way too big I tried to contact them, they don't have a phone number on their website after several emails I proceeded on just going through their website chat and was told that they don't offer exchanges in which I ask what should I do with a shoe that will not fit me?? I just ask if they can replace it with a size down so I can actually wear them but instead I was offered a $gift card which drove me mad because I am not asking for a freebie but just want to get a shoe that actually fitsCustomer service then said I'm sorry but I couldn't help you and cheers diapered on chatVery rude and bad experience for a new customerwill never recommend it to anyone

I was very dissatisfied with the product and the return policythese shoes are TINY, not well made and when you return them unworn (as I couldn't even get them on) they will only give you a store creditAs I do not plan to buy from them ever again they have effectively take of my money

I returned shoes I ordered from SoludosI followed the instructions online exactlydays later an email came saying to include it in the return even though I had already sent the package backI emailed customer service to let them know I shipped the package back without the email however I followed the online return instructions They received my return May [redacted] and online it says I would receive the refund within business daysI waited two weeks and then emailed again asking what the status was and if there was confusion because I had not included the emailI heard no responseI then emailed again May [redacted] asking for a response by end of day as they owe me a refund and have still heard nothing back

I love Soludos and always have loved their shoes. I have multiple pairs of their shoes.

However, recently, when I ordered directly from their website, my shoes were not delivered. This is at no fault of theirs as this was a carrier issue - USPS, who was supposed to deliver my package, failed to make the delivery and said it was held at the post office at the request of the customer (which I did not make, unless they are talking about the shipping customer - Soludos). Upon going to the post office to retrieve the shoes, they failed to find the package.

Upon relaying this to Soludos, with paper trail evidence that the shoes were not delivered, they did not respond to a single one of my customer service emails. I've emailed them 3 times - I understand this isn't directly their fault, but my god, at provide some guidance or advice. I am 5 days short of a month from the day they were ordered - I emailed them on 3 separate occasions over the span of 2 weeks. I understand you might not have an immediate action if they are looking into this, but to completely ignore my concerns is outrageous in this day and age. Any acknowledgement that this was being looked into was sufficient and that I wasn't just talking to abyss. I was never nasty in my email either - I very much just explained what I am dealing with. I didn't even ask for compensation - I went above and beyond to try to find this package and all I want are my shoes.

My customer loyalty has been damaged and my colleagues (as I sent my package to my work office) are weary that this company does not do its due diligence in ensuring that a good is delivered - all they care about is collecting cash.

After receiving *** ***'s complaint (Aug***), I searched our email records for her email reaching out to us concerning the status of her orderI was able to find the email she sent and I saw that it had

Horrible company. I will never order from them again. I'm still waiting for a refund for an order I returned more than 3 weeks ago. They should be ashamed of themselves. Buyers beware! I contacted them several times, but nobody is willing to tell me when they are going to process the return.

I won't be shopping here again. Soludos reps need to be retrained on being empathic to consumers. Customers should not feel like they have to fight for their life to get any compensation because of a mistake on the company's behalf.
