Very bad customer service, I ordered a pair of their espadrilles and upon consulting their own customer service I was told to order a size up since they do not offer half sizes. I got the product and it was way too big I tried to contact them, they don't have a phone number on their website after several emails I proceeded on just going through their website chat and was told that they don't offer exchanges in which I ask what should I do with a shoe that will not fit me?? I just ask if they can replace it with a size down so I can actually wear them but instead I was offered a $16 gift card which drove me mad because I am not asking for a freebie but just want to get a shoe that actually fits. Customer service then said I'm sorry but I couldn't help you and cheers diapered on chat. Very rude and bad experience for a new customer. will never recommend it to anyone.

I was very dissatisfied with the product and the return policy. these shoes are TINY, not well made and when you return them unworn (as I couldn't even get them on) they will only give you a store credit. As I do not plan to buy from them ever again they have effectively take 36.00 of my money.

I returned shoes I ordered from Soludos. I followed the instructions online exactly. 2 days later an email came saying to include it in the return even though I had already sent the package back. I emailed customer service to let them know I shipped the package back without the email however I followed the online return instructions. They received my return May [redacted] and online it says I would receive the refund within 5 business days. I waited two weeks and then emailed again asking what the status was and if there was confusion because I had not included the email. I heard no response. I then emailed again May [redacted] asking for a response by end of day as they owe me a refund and have still heard nothing back.

Review: Not sure where to begin..So I ordered a pair of espadrilles on 5/**/15 and received the wrong item. The business does not have a phone number to contact and the only way to communicate is via email. I emailed the business to inquire about the issue and received a response a week later to tell me to return the item. I went ahead and followed the instructions from the website and returned the item which cost $8.50 to ship back with the communication that they will refund including the shipping cost. It's almost been a month and I still haven't received communication about the status of refunds or credit to my account so I had emailed the business on 6/[redacted] Still no response, so I emailed again on 6/** to only received a response from business saying that they have no record of my return. So I emailed them the tracking number and record that it was returned on 6/* and received on 6/** They finally agreed to refund the amount a week later, but did not refund me for the shipping cost for the faulty item received. I sent them several emails after that but of course no response. This has been such a horrible and frustrating experience to say the least. I give this company an F-. Horrible customer service. What kind of a company that have no phone number to contact????Desired Settlement: Refund shipping cost.

Review: I bought a pair of shoes online and immediately received an order confirmation email. I should have quickly received shipping information and a tracking number but never did. A week later, I emailed customer service about the issue but received no response (The business does not have a phone number for customer service). It has been a week since I emailed them and I still haven't heard back.Desired Settlement: I would like Soludos to either resolve the issue by shipping me the shoes that I ordered or provide me a full refund for the purchase.

I was able to find the email she sent and I saw that it had not been responded to. Her email was sent on August **, and was not highlighted as a new, unread message and was overlooked in the Inbox. I immediately responded to [redacted]'s email to resolve the issue with her. We are now awaiting her response. We will take every measure to provide stellar service to [redacted] as we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience!

Review: I ordered a pair of soludos about a week ago, I never received a confirmation email with a tracking number. I emailed the company about six times and no response in a week. I still have not gotten any information on the shoes I ordered and my money was taken out of my account for these shoes and I would really appreciate if I could get what I payed for. This company doesn't even have a phone number where I can contact them, I'm just sitting here hoping they didn't take my money. I ordered those shoes for my moms wedding.Desired Settlement: I would really like the shoes that I ordered.
