8/23/I am very satisfied with my experience using Solution People for my stamped concrete patioThey showed up when expected and completed the work when promised, and at the price agreed upon with no hidden expenses Also, they were very helpful in showing all the patterns and colors availableBelieve me, they have a lot to choose fromTheir staff was very professional and courteous and took time to answer my questionsEvery time I called on the phone I was able to talk to a person and not a recordingThey did an awesome job for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable priceI just wish I called them soonerSummer is almost over!!

If you need concrete in central Bucks County, LOOK NO FURTHER than Solution People, Inc I was planning out a concrete patio in my yard, and was disappointed with the lackluster responses I received from several contractors After contacting Solution People, the whole dynamic changed Alberto came out very quickly to assess the job, and thanked me several times for the opportunity to hire them They responded immediately to my request for a quote with a detailed summary of materials and tasks to complete my patio, and the price was more than reasonable Whereas other contractors had said they could provide my requested options such as psi concrete and rebar at additional charge, Alberto provides these standard with every job they do All of my questions were promptly and cheerfully answered There was no question that Solution People Incwas the right company for this job It is rare that you find a contractor that actually appreciates and works to earn your business the old-fashioned way – through customer service!
Alberto’s experienced crew started the job on schedule, and worked to maximize the progress even through weather that was less than cooperative And when I requested a last minute change to the shape the day of pouring, it was no problemThe finished product is magnificent, and a testament to their skill and hard work They even graded the dirt around the patio to prepare it for reseeding and left the yard spotless I will definitely hire them again, and I most strongly recommend Solution People, Incfor your patio, you will certainly get a top quality job at a reasonable price!

For 2nd concrete project in months, we were completely satisfiedWe previously had a concrete pad installed under our barn overhangRosie had the knowledge and insight to take extra care around an existing well which could have been disastrous if not handle properlyOur most recent project was replacing a concrete floor in our shed/chicken coop that was destroyed by a groundhogCare was taken to excavate extra deep, and the finish is as smooth as glassThe Solutions People went the extra distance to be sure we were completely satisfied with these projects and in-fact we wereI will highly recommend them to friends and family

On May 16th we signed a contract with this company The first day of work the company showed up for demolition was July 27th Today is Oct 22nd and our project is still not complete despite us paying them every payment on time they have requested totaling $15, The communication between the owner and my husband and I has been horrible They do not show up when they say they are going to and do not answer questions At one point in the project, they demolished all three entrances to my house, left all of the debris in the way and just left for the day We have two small children and it was impossible for us to safely enter/exit of house Our yard is a disaster and our children can not even play outside We had worked into the contract that the company would replace ten prices of slate that we had from our previous patio, yet now we are told we only have usable pieces We had more but the company had broken them from the way they stacked them We also paid to have our back

Highly recommend! Alberto, the owner, listened to my wants and concerns I wanted a patio in the front with a round sitting I also wanted a walkway from front of the house to the driveway, and a patio in the back The biggest problem in the back was the yard had a slope to the back door and occasionally would potentially flood if precautions were not taken Alberto, you took my ideas and drew a plan that was exactly what I wantedDesigner Nataliya was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in picking stones and colors as it can be a little overwhelming Pricing was competitive, as we had several other quotes from other paver companies Crews were awesome and very efficientThere were two small hiccups that no one anticipated, but the crew was able to resolve both issues with no interruption to the project Alberto and his crew leveled the backyard and redirected the water to a new drain in the back yard I will never have to worry about water potentially damaging my French doors again This has given me a great peace of mindThe end results are amazing and beautiful I could not be more pleased with the walkway, front patio and back patio

Solution People Increspectfully disagrees with most of the information provided by ***As expressed previously all permits were obtained from *** Township and all necessary inspections were scheduled as requiredAll inspections passed after some corrections were made requested by the inspector, which does happen occasionally due to the continuously changing codesAll requests from the township code officials were addressed and the inspections approved, which showed that the work done by Solution People Incwas actually done in a professional manner and up to code
After *** *** decided that he is not going to pay anymore for the work done on his basement project, he continuously insisted that we do certain part of the of the work in a manner or order opposite to our typical procedures and best practices, such as installing light fixtures that are meant to be installed over drywall before the drywall is installedSimilarly with the bathroom area which is listed as a completely separate item and have a whole page of separate description and is always done separately from the rest of the basement as our typical procedure
Regarding the payments and ***’s email which was sent almost days after his payment was due, Solution People Incexplained to *** *** that since we are not a large company we schedule our project payments progressively in order to continuously cover the cost of materials used, pay the workers and of course be able to provide for our family as only source of livelihoodHe insisted on changing the payments at the end and leaving more than % of the total cost as a final payment which was completely unacceptableIn none of his email he acknowledged that he will pay the outstanding payment of $3,upon resuming of the work, and he waited until we had about days according to his deadline to complete days’ worth of work, which he knew was impossible to be doneThere was no flaws mentioned regarding the work completed until the scheduled payment was requestedActually **and *** expressed how impressed they were with the drywall work and painting doneIf they have had any issues with our expertise it was not communicated until the day we requested that payment
It is apparent that *** *** just did not want to keep his agreement and since he was days overdue on his latest payment due of $3,000, Solution People Incdecided to quit the projectI do not believe there is a contractor out there that will continue working for a customer if they do not get paid for work they’ve already done
Solution People Incunderstands ***’s frustration in regards to the duration of the project and will not pursue the collection of the outstanding balance of $3,as a courtesy gesture for any inconvenience that *** *** believes we may have caused

After personally meeting *** ***, Solution People has agreed to spread more fill dirt on around the patio as a courtesy, and we will seed the area where the pile of dirt was on Monday or Tuesday, Sept or We will also
bring you perennialsA payment in full for the stamped concrete patio will be expected the same day the courtesy work is done

Our patio is great! It added so much to our back yard! They did an amazing job, for a great price! Highly recommended

We are very excited that our living space has expanded to a lovely new patioAlberto, Rosie, and their team did a wonderful job in difficult weatherThey took great care to create the results we were hoping to achieveThe patio is beautiful but less obvious is the effort that went into a secure foundation and water management system under the surface
We have received many compliments on the patioThese are testaments to the construction team’s craftsmanshipPossibly the best review I can offer is that I passed Rosie and Alberto’s contact information to a neighbor watched our patio go in and who is now interested in a one of their own

We hired Solution People to remove an existing patio and replace with stamped concreteWe wanted to remove and rebuild an existing retaining wall because I wanted to push it back about feetWe also wanted a new walkway installed from the patio to the drivewayI called several places and received several quotes but Solution People came out the same day to give me an estimate and were able to start faster than the other companiesAs far as pricing, I would say all quotes were similar but I chose Solution People because of their response time and for the fact that they were able to start earlierOn the first day, which was a Friday, they removed the existing retaining wall and dug out dump trucks worth of dirt which allowed more patio space of about extra feetThe following week they started demolishing the existing patio which ended up being the thickest concrete they have ever seenTheir compressor broke but they were able to rent oneOnce demolishing resumed, it took days to completely break up the existing concrete My week project turned into weeksIt was a long process but I am very pleased with the outcomeFor the inconvenience, they replaced one block of concrete on my front walkway that was in really bad shape, at no chargeI am giving Solution People stars because of how long it took to complete the projectI felt that it could've been done in a quicker time frame if they had a full crew at my house dailyI understand there were some technical difficulties with their compressor but once that was resolved, the job should've been non-stop from that pointThere were days where no one showed up and I had no idea if the crew would be at my house or not until they physically arrivedWith that being said, my other complaint is lack of communicationI felt left in the dark sometimesThis put a bad taste in my mouthBut like I said, everything turned out beautifully and I'm very excited to finally use my new patio/walkway!

If there were stars these guys would get it!!! Not only did Alberto under promise and over deliver, but my floors look so much better than I ever thought they couldSolution People provides amazing customer service as well as creating incredible floorsWe could not be happier with our decorative concrete basement floorIt is far more durable than any other flooring surface, with less maintenanceWe have a newly built custom home and they were very careful about the way they worked in the spaceWe have been extremely pleased not only with the high-quality product, but also the entire experience working with Alberto and his crewThey were also terrific about working into a tight schedule and communicating with us promptlyAlberto responds within minutes of my textshe kept me apprised of what was going on and if they were running on time or not via text! I so appreciate him and his guys! Definitely highly recommend! Nearly everybody who had come to visit us since compliments the beauty of the floors and they feel really nice underfoot

We contracted with this company to install a stamped concrete patio and paver landing/stairs in a backyard We signed the contract in August with agreement that the job would start in October At the beginning of October, we contact the company because we had not heard anything since we signed the contract A few days went by and they said they would get back to us with a start date On October 12, they showed up at our home without any notice to start the job They said they emailed us that they were coming but we received no email They did well with the removal of the existing patio It was once we paid the 3rd installment ($5900) to date, that service and communication erodedWe contacted them several times to find out went they were going to complete the job Multiple times they told us they were coming out that day only to not show up Yesterday, they were suppose to come up to seal the concrete When they didn't show up, we placed multiple calls and emails They fina

We had a very positive experience with All Decorative Concrete/Solutions People for our landscaping project which involved extensive removal and new planting of sod and plants When we initially submitted our interest request, we heard back almost immediately to schedule a day to visit our house to review our job Alberto came on-time and shared examples, made a solid connection with me, and showed sincere appreciation for having the opportunity to work with us His estimate came very quickly and was very reasonable and very detailed Natalia was very customer-oriented, came to our house to review the contract that was emailed and to answer any questions and kept in touch with us through the process The two men who did the job were fantastic and worked very hard to make sure our property looked beautiful Natalia met us at a garden center to help pick out plants, and Alberto continued to check in along the way He followed up twice after the job to make sure everything was okay and to add additional mulch to make everything look good and healthy We will definitely consider them again for our next projects
