early termination without any feesdue to how unhappy [redacted] had been here. I have now corrected the ledger and she will begetting $128.23. Only last charges were for Aug 1st to Aug 31st water-sewer-trash-fees of$71.77, she had a $200 refundable deposit on hand so that is why she is getting $128.23 backand not $200.00.I have sent her revised Ledger to our Accounting team in TX and as soon as they get it they willsend it to her on file forwarding address of [redacted], Port Orchard, WA 98367.Please let me know if we can do anything further.Sincerely,[redacted]Senior Community Manager

I recently moved from Somerset apartments after living there for 1.5 yrs. I signed a termination agreement to my lease and was told that when I pay the fine that I would be able to leave the apartment at any time as long as I was out by the end of the two month notice I gave them. After having paid the fee and moving @10 days earlier than the full two months that I had already paid for, I got a notice from a collection agency for Somerset saying I owed money for damages and moving out early. I never received any notice or bill about any amount due until the collection agency contacted me. When I called the apartments the person I spoke to, Lisa, kept repeating over and over that I left early and I owed money. While I was trying to explain that I had paid a fee/penalty to leave early and that actually I had paid for time that I was not event there her response was "I don't have time for this". They kept my deposit and now I have to pay this extra fine or my credit gets dinged

To move out of a premises without it being a broken lease before finishing you lease contract because of work orders requires you to submit certified work order request via certified mail as laid out in paragraph 31.2 and 31.3 of your TAA lease contract. Also proper 60 day notice was not given to the office staff of move out as laid out in paragraphs 3 and 36 of your TAA lease contract. I have uploaded a copy of your lease contract and you did in fact sign a year lease here in the office with us. I am uploading a copy of your lease for your reference to these paragraphs and so you can see what it is you signed here in this office.
