I recently purchased a vehicle from [redacted] at Somerset Auto sales and actually had an enjoyable experience with not only himself but their entire staff, from the owner on down! They were all quite personable and I felt like I could trust them. I would recommend [redacted] and will refer future friends searching their way!

I just bought my second vehicle through Somerset Sales and Leasing. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. They took their time to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and that I was satisfied with the car payment. I would recommended this dealer to any one of my friends.

Review: When I found out about this place we went here. We spoke with [redacted] on three different occasions. He told us winter was coming and all he wanted to do was sell us a reliable vehicle for my wife and two small children ages 1 and 3 to ride in. We went there once and he had nothing to offer so we left. He then called me two days later and said bring a running driving vehicle in and we will get you in the suburban that we wanted with no money down. So I then send my wife and mother in law in to get it and he tells them no we can't do that but I have a 97 ford expedition that I will do for 5 grand so my wife looked at it and they had the mechanic look at it. Then jd came out and said the head was leaking so my wife then said no she don't want it. She knows that's bad. They then promised her no it's not bad it's reliable and it would be a good vehicle so she brought it home. Then when I called and said no this was not ok they said the deal was done and will not do anything about it I also know to other people that have bought vehicles and within less then two weeks they are junk so it seems as if they are put to rip people off I am sure I forgot some details but lot to right as we have Ben fighting with them about it for about three months.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix it completely or give us the money for the trade in we had. Or get us in a reliable vehicle

To Revdex.com: RE: Complaint, We never want an unhappy customer. When a customer agrees to

buy a car we disclose everything to them so they can make the educated decision

to purchase or not to purchase the car. I have attached the Buyer’s Guide and the purchase agreement with all signatures

so you can see that we did our job to inform the customer.In response to the complaint: We told them what was wrong

with the car, we indicated the car may not be legal to drive on WI highways and

we gave them 24 hours to return the car. The customer made the decision to keep the car after taking

it home, they signed all documents indicating the condition of the car when

they purchased it, and they took on the risk of buying a 18 year old car that

clearly had problems. With these facts and us disclosing the condition of the car

at the time of purchase we will not be paying for any repairs or buying back

the car or exchanging the car for a different one. If there is any questions the customer may have or Revdex.com may

have please call us and ask for [redacted].

I am not a fan of buying cars...Always stressful trying to make the "RIGHT" decision. Mitch, at Somerset Auto, made it easy. Great guy, not pushy. I plan on coming back in a few years to trade.
