Review: These guys are just sending cheap item's. This was the worst experience I have had with a store ever. The junk we got was no where close to what they advertise. This stuff is dollar tree items. I could of done better at the thrift store on my own for a whole lot less and it would have been better. I spent eighty dollars on stuff that was worth maybe eight dollars. They are the biggest scam artists and should be shut down.Desired Settlement: Refund of money

We do not claim that we spent $10 on each item. We guarantee that each item is worth at least $10 in MSRP value. Thus, the customer's statement/question is null and void. Again, we offer a a refund to customer, if she shows items she received does not meet our guarantee criteria.

Review: My something store package has yet to arrive and the post office has no tracking or movement on the package.

The package was suppose to be delivered on the [redacted] of November but I have yet to receive it.

people who order something the same day as myself received their somethings but I haven’t gotten mine.

Below is the order number and the USPS first class tracking number.

I contacted the something store and was told to wait one more day.

After that day passed I contacted customer service and told them my package has still not arrived; that was on Tuesday November **, 2013.

I haven’t heard anything since that time.Desired Settlement: My package was lost I was told to wait one more day on Tuesday and it is still not here.

I have not heard anything from anyone: the something store or USPS

I have emailed the something store three times already and file numerous complaints with USPS.

Something that was suppose to be fun has turned into a nightmare.

I no longer want you to send replacement package cause I do not want to another 2 weeks for my package to be shipped by the same carrier that lost the package to begin with.

Review: I placed an order with The Something Store back on December [redacted], 2013. I contacted the business on 12/**/2013 asking about my package and why it had not shown up yet. I then received an email stating my package had been sent on 12/**/2013 with a tracking number and everything. on Jan. *, 2014 I finally received an email from the company stating that my products where on their way and that they "will arrive soon." Well, soon has come and gone and here it is now Jan. **,2014 and the tracking number states that my package is still in [redacted] and has a set delivery date of Jan. *,2014. I have tried to contact them via email once again on Jan. **, 2014 and have not yet received any response back. This is unacceptable behavior on delivery and on customer service. How can they expect to continue to have a customer base if they are treating every customer this way?Desired Settlement: I would either like my packages delivered or I would like some sort of compensation for my wait such as a store credit or a second package of a "something." Having to wait this long for my "something" is not what I was expecting. I feel that this has been over a month and I have given plenty of notices to the company. They have had multiple chances to rectify this situation and they haven't.

Review: I have a few complaints regarding this company. I had submitted my order on 12/*/13. I read on the site that all items are shipped within 7 business days. As of 12/**/13, I had not been notified of any shipping. I emailed the customer service email and received no response. On the morning of 12/**/13, I opened a claim through pay pal with the company. Not once did I ask to cancel my order. I had requested an update to the status and let them know of my need of the product by 12/**/13. I then found the company's profile on [redacted] where I read that other customers had the same issue. I searched the internet to find an additional contact for the company. I was able to find 2 phone numbers. Knowing that there were others with the same issue, I posted these numbers to the [redacted] page. Within a half hour I received an email from the initial customer service email address telling me that the items had not been shipped yet. She told me that she had already cancelled my order and refunded my money. At this time I also noticed that all of my posts on the [redacted] account had been deleted and that I was no longer able to comment on the page. They had blocked me. When I emailed back customer service explaining that the company should honor their statement of shipping within 7 days, and that they should ship it with expedited shipping, I was told that the issue was that they had delays from vendors and didn't have all the products as well as a delay in processing prior to shipping.

This company will not honor the statements on their website and deliver in the time frame they established. They cancelled my order without my asking or my approval. Even if I did want to receive my items from the, I would have to re-order them, losing my place in line. They are unwilling to handle anything on a professional level...and they are censoring their public [redacted] page, which is unfair to the public which uses this site to find out about the fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: I want the items that I had ordered. I did not request to cancel my order. The refund was the choice of the company, and I should not be without my products because they decided they do not want to send them to me. I feel that my order was cancelled unjustly.

I did not request a refund. I had not requested that my order be cancelled. I had expressed a desire to receive my items by a specified date, which I was told was not likely, but never did I tell anyone that that meant I did not want my order. I was told that expedited shipping would not be an issue, but that the issue was processing time and the availability of products. To me, this is unacceptable. If you had already had my order for 8 business days, the order should have been shipped, but if not, at least completed the "processing" portion. From there, it should be acceptable to pay for the expedited shipping. Instead of giving me any options, my order was just cancelled. I did not request a refund. In my opinion, you refunded the money by your own will; however, you still owe me the products that I ordered.

Review: Saw advertising on TV, purchased two units. Received email stating products were shipped. Received another email requesting MORE money for shipping. Sent them more money for shipping. Received two more emails stating my products were shipped. Tracking information is null and it's been a month and still nothing. Emailed their support twice, no replies in over 14 business days. No phone support available.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund and I would like to see this company be put under review as their business practices are sketchy at best. Asking people for more money after they've already payed, sending 3 tracking notifications but then never receiving a package is a pretty poor end user experience.

How convenient for SomethingStore that shortly after you (the Revdex.com) submitted the complaint to the company, that out of the blue I all of a sudden started getting replies to all my earlier emails - like an explosion - all at once.

They have sent a refund. I am still rather annoyed that it took submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com to get this resolved (and that they couldn't have just resolved the issue on their own).

Review: Placed order on July *th 2013. Was notified on July **th 2013 via email that product was shipped via usps. No delivery as of today. Usps tracking info still only states electronic shipping info received. After two weeks of not receiving my package, I emailed (the only way to contact the store) them to try to get an estimated time of arrival. Review: According to www.somthingstore.com, "We will ship your randomly picked something within 7 business days and will confirm shipment via email." I placed an order for 18 somethings from this retailer on December *, 2013 around 1pm. Knowing the website said items shipped within 7 days, that would have given my office an additional 7 days for these somethings to be received. This would have put us at today, December [redacted], 2013, which is the day of my office's holiday party. A party that was supposed to involve 18 somethings so we could participate in a White Elephant gift exchange. Given the information on their website it was clear to me the items would have been received in time. Soon after I placed my order, their website stated all orders wanting a Christmas eve delivery needed to be placed by the **. This put me at ease as their own website stated that 14 days would be enough for an item to ship and be received. Clearly this is not the case. I contacted the company on December [redacted], to check the status of my order. I received no response. Yesterday, December [redacted], I finally received notice that my items had shipped. This is a total of 13 days after my order was placed. This is NOT "within 7 days" as their website promises. I sent them another email yesterday blasting them for their horrible service. My office Christmas party is now ruined because of this. No gifts will be opened or exchanged. I was skeptical about using this website to begin with as reviews were equally positive and negative. This lack of service and unfulfilled promises puts me and my 17 co-workers in the negative column. I am disgusted a business can behave in such a manner. According to the shipping ticket, items will be here on the [redacted]. So if they do arrive that day, it will have been 17 days from the time my order was placed. Unacceptable!! I would not recommend this site to anyone unless they have a month to wait for an item and it may not even be a good item.Desired Settlement: Honestly, I don't know what an acceptable settlement would be. Ideally, we keep the somethings and we receive a full refund. What price can they put on a ruined holiday party at an office? What price can they put on my reputation as wanting to try something new in the office? Their website should not be filled with inaccurate shipping times. I am also concerned now about the quality of the somethings we will receive in our office. Will it be worth the $10, long wait, and aggravation? I am starting to think not.

I have sent two emails this month finally asking for a refund, and they have gone unanswered. The only contact information they provide on their site are email addresses, otherwise I would have called to speak with somebody.
