I have had many bad experiences at this place and some good. The bad outweigh the good. They like to serve very undercooked hamburgers here. I have gotten sick from here many times. There management is horrible and uncooperative with the issue. There bathroom was stopped up for over 6 months. It was filthy and awful smell. Don't be fooled.

Review: I was charged $1.59 for a "regular 16oz" that was clearly listed on the menu as $.99. I was charged $.35 for a coffee addin in a $1.99 small iced coffee when the menu says one addin included.

When I asked for a corporate number the lady who said she was the store manager (her name tag said assistant manager) said there was no corprate number and no supervisor above her I could talk to.Desired Settlement: I would like their prices checked and fixed so no other customers are riped off

I visit the Sonic located at XXXXX US-61, Robinsonville, MS XXXXX almost every morning on my way to work to purchase a chicken, egg,& cheese toaster because I don't eat pork. Well on 11/6/15 at 8:23am I stopped there as I normally do and placed my order, the guy proceeded to tell me that I could not order this item due to they don't sell a chicken, egg, & cheese toaster and then told him I order it every day and have never had a problem and then there was silence so I assumed my order was being made so after I sat in my car for about 10 minutes I realized I was never given a total to pay so I pressed the button to ask how much my order was I was told I had no order. I then asked for the manager and after waiting another 10 minutes a woman who was dressed as a man named Ashley came out and said she was the manager and asked me why was I still waiting and that they are not making a chicken, egg, & cheese toaster because its not a menu item. I asked well can I buy a chicken sandwich and a toaster sandwich and make my own sandwich and I don't care about the cost, she then proceeded to tell me they are out of chicken and I may as well leave because we are not making the sandwich in a very rude and nasty tone, she then I asked for a number to corporate or a district manager and she said im all the manager you will ever talk to and im not making it and I said I would google it and she loudly screamed 1800SONIC and then I said thats n ot even 10 digits and she said maam leave the propertyy because im done talking to your stupid fat [redacted] and I was threatened with curse words.
