Dear MsNeal, In response to Revdex.com Complaint ID 12473174, we sent our apologies to Ms*** for the problems with the inventory availability, service and delivery of her orders and 409619233. We have had a recent systems conversion that has
produced these systems problems that has led to these service problems. We are working diligently to get these problems corrected. In response to her complaint, we sent a refund check for $that was delivered by UPS on November 24,as requested by Ms*** and have also issued a refund for $on November 28,to provide a 40% discount on her order valued at $ 318.00. Kelly *** spoke with Hanes.com Customer Service on her Revdex.com Complaint ID on 9/25/17. We apologized for the problems that we have had during our recent systems conversion that led to the problems with inventory, shipping, and providing information on
both her order status and billing. We attempted to issue a credit to her credit card account but had difficulty getting this credit to go through our system. Ms*** incurred additional charges that total $ 150.32 but Hanes wanted to do something to try to make amends for this inconvenience. We have issued a refund check for $ that will be delivered through UPS on 9/27/to reimburse her in full for the original cost of this order and have also offered a complimentary order to try to make amends for this inconvenience.
