Sony has finally reached out to me by this lady named [redacted] and she left me two voice mailsThe first message I cannot understand her thick accent so I couldn't reach her backThe second time she left me a message and left me a toll free number of ###-###-####I called twice to reach a representative with the name of [redacted] that also has a strong accentI have him my event number and told him that I wanted to speak to [redacted] because on her message she said I can call her directly at that ###-###-#### and I can't reach her twiceThey told me they CANNOT transfer me to [redacted] She also sent me an email and finally there is an email sent from SonyThey told me that it's been taking this long because they haven't receive my pictures!!! I've sent to them multiple times through emailI sent to her twice and it bounced back! So I got so frustrated and just kept resenting it for a total of 9th time of email probablyListing my event number, model number of the TV, and also the serial number that this man by the name of [redacted] have it to meI don't understand why they can't call me or email me to tell me in January that they haven't receive my pictures to go on to the next stepRight now it is April and almost May of Nothing has been resolveI guess if I never file a claim on your Revdex.com, Sony will ignore me completelyI sent them several emails of my pictures that I had taken up close and zoomed outThis time they better don't say they didn't receive my pictures because they sent me templates an automatic response that they had received my emailLets to see where Sony can go from hereIt is just so frustrating that someone calls you to tell you to call them back directly and email them directly but I can't even reach [redacted] Only representatives telling me let me check that for you and come back to tell me that someone will call me 24-hoursNo one calls or email me until I reach your Revdex.com company and I really appreciate itI felt like its a scamIt is the same as calling to no wherePointlessI told them I should've bought a [redacted] or [redacted] insteadIf I heard earlier that Sony was closing business in Canada then I wouldn't even buy anymore SonyMy father watches his TV on a 32" Sony TV that was purchased around years agoIt works great and still excellent conditionI just don't understand how a TV of can have a pixelated lineI even went to [redacted] and called [redacted] ***They told me I didn't have guaranteed then they can't help meWhich is fine because it's past the days policy for their companyI mean who would buy guaranteed if you have been using Somy TVs all your life and went through the th Sony to have issuesEach Sony lasted for over a decade and we would get rid of it because it is outdated not because of technical difficultiesIt it is just so frustrating and upsetting to have such a prolonged case about a TV that has one thin pixelated line that kept cutting off people's foreheads when I watch TVI want my money's worth and don't want to get cheated! It is not a small purchase of $for a meal or $for a cell phone billIt's $Some people have to work two weeks and a half to make that moneyI'm still paying off my college loans and still don't have my career up and goingIt's been years since I graduated from college and many college students I met also has trouble finding jobsHow long will Sony fix my TV? How long does it take to send someone over to fix it or to give me a replacement like this man said so and now they backed out on their wordsThey gave my father and my hopes upThis is why I still won't give upI don't mind my complaint being publist makes me worry to shop online now because of this incidentSomeone please just just hurry to resolve this issue for me! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I was contacted by Sony from the phone number [redacted] and they asked me to call PlayStation Customer support at ###-###-####I informed them that I had already called this number multiple times and they weren't able to help meThey said they had escalated my claim and that they may be able to further assist me.I called twiceI explained my situation to one representative, when he placed me on hold the call cut off forcing me to call backThe second representative said there were no notes on my account to suggest that I had been called earlier by someone at SonyI explained my situation and she said she wasn't able to help meShe asked me for the phone number that called me and I gave it to herShe acted as if that number didn't belong to Sony and showed confusion why they would call me in the first place.As of now they have shipped my headset back and I received it on 6/*/My headset had considerable more wear on it than it did when I shipped it to themIt was dirty and scuffed upIt was to the point were I felt the need to wash my hands after touching itI attached a picture of what it looked like when I got it back, the file is named [redacted] I took a picture of the headset before I sent it in to their service center to show how the product had broken during useYou can see in that picture that it wasn't as "abused" in that picture despite its broken conditionThe file name is [ [redacted] ].I have shown that this appears to be a common issue with these headset with the following links that prove this is a issue with these headsets; [redacted] [redacted] I believe this is enough to prove that there is an issue with the headsetMy claim has been said to be denied out of neglectI feel that that this headset had received more neglect at their hands than mineThe image I took before I shipped it to their service center show the issue with the headset cracking and breaking across the top bandI know these photos aren't the best as I took them with my phone, but if you zoom in you can see the multiple little cracks along the top bandIt had the same stress fractures on both sidesAgain, I say this was from use and this broke while on my head.The other image shows how the headset was returned to meNot only did they not honor their warranty and repair or replace the headset, they also sent it back with farther damage and covered in dirt and grease.This troubles me because they shipped this headset back before I thought the issue fully resolvedThe state in which they sent it back, well, if someone set it to me in that state I would think it had been neglected and abused as wellI included the photos of before I mailed it to them to show how the headset was damaged through useThe other photo shows how it was neglected at their service centerI had to pay shipping out of my own pocket and now if Sony wished to honor their warranty I would have to pay to have it shipped to them again, and it's 'abused' state.This is disheartening to seeI still believe Sony should honor their warranty because this is clearly a defect in the strength of the plastic use based on the links proved In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Yesterday, In response to my complaint, a Sony customer service rep delivered the same, exact generic, indifferent phone call, same tired excuse, (actually LACK of an excuse - "it's not in stock,") regarding my dissatisfaction with my experience with their product AND, especially, their service.Their offer amounts to absolutely no recompense for the aggravation I went through with my Sony product...let alone a solution to the real problem, which was that I was offered and confirmed an offer, two or three times, for the next model or another model higher than my model, which had a known defectOr, a swift return of my money, not to weeks, 'business weeks.' I have already spent that, or longer, waiting for my product to be sent to me - while being placated and completely misled by their employees, repeatedlyThis response was more insulting than anythingThere is NO PLACE in ALL OF SONY'S FACILTIES from where a satisfactory replacement can be found and sent to a customer who has clearly been waiting over a month - and has clearly been short-changedNot only is my satisfaction as a consumer not their main goal, it's a non-issue, deserving of no effort or bother on their part to resolve it In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
