Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: their last response is irrelevant and not involved with this complaintGoes to show how little this company cares about it's customersTo have a vehicle days for a hour repair is sad especially when it's accompanied by rude employees Sincerely, [redacted]

Car was completely safety checked and detailed before delivery We have extended extra courtesies to the customer to assure that he is completely satisfied, including a re-cleaning, extra key at no charge and completion of all recalls by a authorized Nissan dealer All this was completed within hours and customer was notified to pick up the vehicle He did not pick it up for many days He says he will pick it up today We have completed everything we were required to do and beyond

Vehicle was purchased on February 8, with a warranty Even though the warranty has expired, in the interest of customer goodwill we are willing to fix the problemCustomer spoke to Dan M [redacted] two weeks ago on a Saturday and was supposed to contact the service department on Monday to make an appointment Service department never heard from her Dan M [redacted] is contacting the customer today to set up an appointment

I flew in from north Carolina's to buy a car from sound auto because the price was right and I was so in press of how Lisa went above & beyond to to make sure every thing was ready with the car to drive Back home the same day Yes I was wow by the service I received and I would recommend they to any one..love my car

During the period you we complaining we attempted to call you on three different occasions We left messages and you never called us back Even though our warranty to you has expired, if you contact us we will be pleased to have you bring the vehicle in and will attempt to do something to satisfy your requests as a gesture of good will

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is a lot wrong with the vehicle , whatever happen with good customer service besides you sold me a vehicle that was not ready for delivery , many defects and I think most of the damage was done at your dealer The vehicle still have dirt in the back inside as they went off road with it I will not accept this vehicle as is , you decide how we handle this , Larry M [redacted] will never sell a vehicle in this shape , reputation is very important Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer signed a document accepting delivery of the vehicle as it was As a good will gesture we detailed the vehicle times and painted the hood This is a used vehicle and as such is never in perfectly new condition If you wish to call Dan M [redacted] to discuss we will try and take care of some of the minor issues you mentioned - however we feel we have complied with everything we were required to do and above and beyond

My husband and I were looking for an [redacted] *** We needed a car quickly We found a car at Sound Auto The car was exactly as advertised We put down $to hold the car until the next day When we decided the car was what we wanted, the process went very smoothly They also purchased our old *** We have nothing but positive things to say from the moment we walked through the door A big thank you to Tommy and the rest of the staff We will gladly do business with you again

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was not told about those fees by Noel (Salesperson) or anyone when I asked about the final priceI even tried to negotiate the actual price of the vehicle because I felt it was higher than my budget and was told that 10,999$ was the lowest price the dealer can offerAnd Noel mentioned a "no haggle" policy.There were no mentioning of any fees nor vin etchI would've not agreed if I knew there was an extra 649.98$ added to the price and taxes for the car.The fact that internet pricing makes it a competitive market doesn't mean I should pay for fees I did not ask nor agree to!I understand that everyone gets charged the dealer fee, but was told by your associate that clients that do not want to pay that fee, that usually the price of the car is reduced to the amount of that fee, so that it can still be on the contract, while accommodating the client to not have to pay it Sincerely, [redacted]

I have never felt so comfortable buying a carI recommend them to everyone looking for a great deal on a carTommy was so helpfulThey gave us a great deal on our trade as wellA few days after buying our SUV we noticed a shaking while driving on the highwayWhen I called they sent us to town fair tire the next dayThe tires just needed to be balanced and it was fixed at no charge to usThey truly stand by their vehiclesWill definitely be returning to them in the future!

I stand by my previous comments

Both the Dealer Conveyance Fee and the charge for Vin Etch are registered with the CT MVD under the requirement that each dealer charges the exact same amount to each customer and does not negotiate these fees on an individual basis. As required by the statute the fees are disclosed on the
purchase order, bill of sale and on a sign with required type sizes prominently posted in the business office. While the fees are compensation for work performed by the dealership the fact is that Internet pricing competition has driven prices and margins so low that these fees are necessary for auto dealership to generate adequate revenue to survive

I am rejecting this response because: this is absolutely 100% this company called me time out of the different times I was told I would be called back especially by the owner I called back on different occasions to speak to him after I was told I would and I still never did speak to him this company does nothing but like they have horrible customer service I was told by one of their employees that since he's been working there I'm not even close to the first person they've had this issue with it's a common themeSubpar way to handle businessthe first time they called me without me calling is after I filled a complaint with the Revdex.comAlso company offered a resolution to issue not what I was looking for I would rather pay full price to bring it to a shop who is capable of handling the repair theres in inadequateManagement does not care about customer. All I ask is someone takes a deeper look at these guys and removed their a+ rating it's completely ***

responsibilities to address any complaints that you have had
As a goodwill gesture I have been authorized by the dealership to offer you a $credit in our service departmentYou can use this credit toward any repairs or maintenance in the future that you want
As far a the Office Conveyance Fee is concerned, every Connecticut dealership registers their fee with the State Motor Vehicle Department and under agreement with the state we are not permitted to negotiate or change the fee on a customer by customer basis
I hope this addresses your concerns and I hope you will accept the $credit as an expression of our good faith

I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle was not fixed to my satisfaction and more problems like lose parts keeps showing up , still many visible scratches , lose chrome plate above the license plate , a molding by the passenger door lose , vehicle still have spots inside , so they promised me a full detail but it was never done right , so actually all they did was paint the hood but nothing else

We have bent over backwards to satisfy this customer in every way possible even after the expiration of any warranty or our obligations - including as he acknowledged repainting the hood which we were not obligated to do. The vehicle is totally safe. If a molding is coming off we'd be willing to reattach it. It is not out of the ordinary for a used vehicle to have minor defects or cosmetic problems
