My name is Shadia from Optical Academy and I am writing in regards to complaint ID # [redacted] I have reached out to [redacted] to discuss the situation at hand and she's was not available. I understand teachers scheduling and she may not respond to the evening after business hours....

We have no problem issuing a full refund and give her a complimentary pair as well. I hope this email reaches you and we are looking to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Thank You!

I am rejecting this response...

because:Because I not only tried reaching out to hera couple of times. But when I did get to talk to her she lied and said she knew nothing about the situation. I the asked her no one on your staff and your the Operstion managetsaid anything to you!!! And she said NO. Natia and Daisy nor the Dr that waited on messid nothing to you and again she said no and all she got was a letter on her desk and she wasreaching out to see what was going on.Now mind you this started on June 24,2017 and with talking to the staff and Dr. Who promised to call me back and as of today still has not called. She sent an email on July 20th,2017 and we are talking about my eye mind you, this is when she got in touch with me.She Asked me how did I pay and said will refund me, and I asked who was going to pay for the other funds I paid out to the other Dr. And she said send a copy and we will look at it! Not pay but look st it.Then I told her that I had put in a claim with my Bank as well and she told me to cancel it because they would have to come back to them. With that said I then said so what's the problem with that and she said it's better that they paid me then the Bank. She said they just gave me a provisional. But if we give it to you it will take 3-4weeks but it's better and I said no.They should give the reason why I should get my money back, and then tell the truth about what happened and admit that they messed up!
