This is will be the Dealership final response in regards to the complaintAfter the reviewing the Customer’s Complaint and file, we have concluded that the Dealership has done nothing wrongThe Customer executed all documents and agreed to all contracts in connection with the sale of the vehicleThe Customer has not stated that there are any malfunctions or necessary repairs to the vehicleThe Customer has complained about the invoicing of the Auto Starter/Alarm systemThough the dealership does not feel as it has done anything wrong, the dealership wanted to work in good faith with the customerThe General Manager of the Dealership had made a Good Faith offer of $1,which represents the price of the auto starter plus interestThe customer accepted this offer however, the customer did not collect this offer and began to search for more moniesDue the lack of good faith negotiations on behalf the customer, the dealership has rescinded its good faith offerOnce more, we have reviewed the customer’s complaint, file and e-mail correspondence over the past month and have concluded that the dealership has done nothing wrongThe dealership has tried to act in good faith with the customer however, this act of good faith was not returned by the customer Robert JT [redacted] Legal Assistant General Counsel’s Office South Shore Hyundai

As per our phone call on [redacted] vehicle was towed in on [redacted] after checking vehicle radaiator cap was missing and no anti freeze in the vehicle as this point the motor was blown in the vehicle we got hyundai to warranty the work .We provided the customer with a loaner car and we repaired the vehicle customer picked up vehicle drove for a few week check engine light came on on [redacted] drove the vehicle into service we scaned vehicle it was an ecu update customer refused to pick up vehicle and threw the tittle at us ....vehicle is ready for pick up ..thank u Dino K [redacted] SS HYUNDAI

I received a call from South Shore Hyundai, assuring me they sent funds to the bank However, they have not told me how much was sent It also can take up to days for the money to post in my account I will only call this complaint resolved when I see the full refund credited to my account Its not that I don't believe they sent the money, but I have no proof that they did I will update you when I see a full refund in my account

Please be advised...I spoke with both *** and her mother since the date of the *** when we metI explained that there was nothing to be able to be done to either change the deal of the past or trade them out of the current vehicleI presented the conclusion of cancelling any and all extended warranties and applying it to the back end of the loan to reduce the pay offThis would result in $2,in reductionI was again met with what else can you doI as the *** *** have attempted to resolve the issue myself and this is the final outcome I am able to provideI understand the customers complaint but it is way past the point of doing anything other than what I have offeredThank you*** ***

The vehicle was registered in a timely basis. Even though the customer rightful owes the fees to the dealership, we have already agreed to waive this amount. Robert J. T** Legal Assistant South Shore Hyundai

Dino K[redacted] the Manager of Hyuandi is giving us the run around.  He has not been helpful in resolving this matter.  We are due a refund that needs to be sent to the bank to be credited to our loan. John R[redacted] initially informed us that it would take 3 months for the bank to receive the credit of $5195 on September **, 2016.  When we went to the office to speak to Dino on January *, 2017, he stated that John did not inform my husband that he should have signed the Agreement Cancellation Request. After Dino asked him to sign the Agreement on 1/*/17, Dino stated that it would take an additional 30 days for Hyundai to send a check to the bank. This has been going on for over 4 months.  This is unacceptable and unprofessional on the part of the entire Hyuandai company.[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The business does not state what the $272.50 is for?  And why was this not collected when we signed the paperwork.  If I rightfully owe the money as they say why did they fail to collect it.  Also when the Revdex.com contacted the General Manager he called me and asked me to remove my complaint saying that it was David A[redacted] who had made the mistake of not collecting the correct money.  As for the registration of the car, they may state that it was registered on time but why was the registration held?    The registration was only released after a friend of mine who happens to be a lawyer went there and they mailed it to me.  There response makes them sound like they made no mistakes.  I don't want to be greedy but I don't want any other person to have to go through this.
