Review: Bought a atv from them in February 2014. Dealership sent wrong check amount to my local tax office. I've been trying since march 2014, 5 months, to get them to send the right amount so I can get my title. They will not return my phone calls and keep giving me the run around about the check. They told me the check was being fedex, after a week I called back because there was still no check. They still won't return mine or my husbands calls and still haven't sent the right check.Desired Settlement: Would like them to send a check with the right amount so I can get my title!!!

Review: I paid TT&L when I called to inquire about my plate the manager told me it was mailed to my house on aug 1st. and that maybe it was lost by the mailman,or maybe someone stole it out my mailbox,and I was welcome to come get a copy of my registration.when I did it clearly stated no plate issued. he then wanted me to go to the DMV and pay for another plate when the dealership never paid for, recieved or mailed me the plate.as the registration clearly reads no fees paid or plate number issued.Desired Settlement: if im required to purchase a plate refund me my money for the plate.please in the future dont make false accusations about things being stolen or lost in the mail when in fact it was never issued.

Tax on this vehicle was paid to the department of motor vehicles for this vehicle. A copy of the registration is in this customers file. A note of no plate number is noted on the registration. I have never seen this before, it might be a print error at DMV? The plate was noted as sent to customer at her above listed address. We are contacting DMV to request a replacement plate to the customer at no charge due to the customer never receiving her hard plate. The registration that was supplied to the customer clearly states that all taxes and registration fees were paid. We have a copy of our cashed check to prove this. Review: Went in to buy a motorbike because I could get it with no money down. ** told me that my monthly payments would be 192 a month. After 4 months and countless calls to ** with nothing to show for it my payments are still 289 a month. I called the credit union myself and they told me that they never received a call from New Orleans power sports and they do now know where ** got the 192 a month payment. ** has lied to me to my face and seems like he does no care about any of this.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my monthly payment at 195 like ** told me they will be at.
