From June to I have been a patient at Johns Hopkins seeking treatment for an injury that I sustained while serving overseas At every visit, they verified my mailing address which, at the time, was NRandolph St., *** *** Arlington, VA XXXXX Starting in July, I began receiving phone calls from Johns Hopkins stating that they were confused about my mailing address On September 23, 2016, I received an email from Robin King of Johns Hopkins stating that I should call to update my informationI replied asking what was wrong and she answered in another email stating that some mail had been returned and Johns Hopkins had somehow ended up with four different mailing addresses on my account despite having verified my mailing address at every visit
I replied again verifying my address again and warned her that I was about to move and I did not know to whereas a Foreign Service Officer I frequently move
