[redacted] drives his car under influence of drugs.He smells of marijuana and stink up's the entire showroom every time he visited us,My entire staff will testify his [redacted] under influence of drugs behavior.His driving habits are not of a human being.He keeps damaging his car and expects us to fix it free of cost all the times.He abuse's his car by driving while impaired.We have been kind enough to not call the cops on this person who carry's and smell's of marijuana who drives intoxicated at all times.He should not be driving under the influence of drugs he keeps damaging his car and wants us to fix it and than He changes his stories everyday.We have tried to accommodate him on several occasions by fixing his car and give him loaner car for free of charge.We had to thourougly shampoo our loaner and keep windows open for several day's to get the marijuana smell out of our car.Since he keeps complaining about our service dept.He has bought a Extended service warranty which is good for any dealer in the country.We suggest he should take his car to some other service dept and get his car fixed.Sincerely

We have been waiting for parts from mitsubishi finally parts have arrived.My [redacted] spoke to customer today and gave him update on his car,We told him his car will be ready on tuesday and yes we will detail his car for no cost.Sorry for the inconvenience Thank you for patient

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: When car was towed into Planet Mitsubishi we thought the problem was the a/c compressor they (Mitsubishi) did not check further to see what the actual problem wasThey had the car long enough to do proper checking We removed our car and took it to a private shop for evaluationThe outcome problem had occurred due to re-call work done on drive beltThe pulleys were not changed only the drive beltWe had re-call work done and paid for ourselvesWe are now trying to get reimbursed for this work from Mitsubishi main head quartersMitsubishi requested copy of paid invoice and proof of work order from private shop as well as Planet Mitsubishi’s work order on re-call clearly stating pulleys were in good order that only the drive belt had to be changedI have forwarded this information on December [redacted] so far I have not had any response I currently have a call into them and do hope they will call me soon with their decisionBest Regards, [redacted] Ph: ###-###-#### (work) Ph: ###-###-####(home)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I understand both documents have the same financing information in a different format Problem is I never saw or received the one document with the actual purchase price of the car at $12,My signature is not even on it The document I did see and have does not itemize the $12,for the carJust total of car with tax That's why at the time I did not catch it If I saw clearly I was being charged $12,when it was agreed upon $11,I would have not accepted it My warranty contract even states the car price is $11, Where did this extra $come from? I asked Marvin L [redacted] more than once if there were other fees besides the reconditioning feeI was told no, just the DMV fees [redacted]

We have our policy posted at entrance of our showroom for all used cars plus our bill of sale has the same policy printed and customer has signed it and copy was providedour policy states following (All vehicles sold cosmetically as is Navigation Disc, Spare Key, owner's manual, Floor mats Etc are optional equipmentWe will provide you with any of these optional items if it came with the vehicle otherwise you can purchase these items at your cost from the respective dealershipAll vehicles are sold cosmetically as is, Any verbal agreement is not acceptable only a written agreement on a (We Owe) Agreement will be honoredI hope above policy would clarify.Thank you

As explained earlier mitsubishi factory has decliened the claim.If customer wants to pay for it from there pocket or mitsubishi factory wants to pay for it, we will fix it.Somebody has to pay us to get the repair done.Please advice.Thanks

First of all, there are no rodents that could have possibly damaged one of my sensors. There is no rodent problem in my neighborhood or on my block. NEVER, has a rodent caused damage to my other cars or those of my neighbors. There is no way you can determine that a rodent damaged one sensor while miraculously leaving the sensor that was covered under warranty untouched. YET, that sensor happened to break at the exact time that the "rodent damaged the other sensor." Isn't that convenient? Only my husband was present at the time that the dealer showed the damage, so your assertion that we were both present and consented to the assessment is blatantly false. In addition, I have been tremendously inconvenienced by this dealership. I went in for my inspection on 1014. I was told that the parts had to be ordered and was advised to come in on 3 separate dates for the parts. I had to keep coming back because the dealership kept telling me that the part would be in, but failed to keep their promise. Meanwhile, I am driving around with a temporary inspection which will expire in a few days. This dealership needs to be held accountable and honor the warranty and the representations they made to me and my husband at the time of the sale of the vehicle. Customer came with check engine light on for oxygen sensor's .We repired under the mitsubishi factory warranty and the 2nd sensor which we could not repair because it was eaten by a roden so mitsubishi denied the claim.Mitsubishi does not cover parts which are damaged by have physical damage.We showed the customer and her husband the wire's which were chewed by the roden.If customer wants to get it repaired by us they have to pay $to get it done.Thank you

Dear We do offer free maintenance for one yr for all our customer's which comes with a free oil changes.Normally customers get their oil changes at miles interval every month but [redacted] has done oil changes in months.When [redacted] came for her 3rd oil change she was told upfront her free oil changes are over this oil change will be a charge of $which she agreed and paid and later she goes home and write this review with Revdex.com and now trying to extort $from us.Please send [redacted] to our service dept and see my service manager to collect $and also please advise [redacted] in future please take her business somewhere else.Thank youJohn M***

[The response provided by the Mitsubishi service department, again, is filled with inaccuracies. First, I did not bring the car in for repair. I brought the car there for an inspection ONLY. At that time, I was told that the two sensor lights were broken. Second, the service department stated that they "proceeded to get her inspection passed." That is a gross misstatement of the facts. Rather, the service department REFUSED to pass my inspection but gave me a temporary inspection until the sensor was fixed. Since, I got this report from the service department, I visited a mechanic who examined my car and the circumstances in which I keep my car and he SAID that it is impossible for a rodent to have caused such damage. Only a car that is left untouched for several months would have this damage. I use this car every day. I plan on calling my credit card company to dispute this charge and potentilally file a claim in small claims court

Customer bought Bmw 550i sports car on 3/**/.He had brought the car to our service for shaking and check oil light on 5/*/ so we changed the oil and filter and did wheel alignment and car was fine and customer was satisfied.We heard from customer on 5/**/again this time he
stated he heard loud noise under his car and the car was not drivable so customer towed the car to our dealership service from new jersey.My service mgr diagnosed the vehicle and found car had severe damage, car was driven over a side walk or a divider so there are several items damaged under the car including Transfer case,drive shaft,torx screws,exhaust and center muffler was severely damaged.We have provided the estimate of $to the customer and we are waiting to hear from him.We have attached the pictures and estimate invoice to you for reference.If customer does not authorise us for repairs or pickup his car by 6/*/we will be charging him storage fee of $per day.Thank you for your concernJohn M***

Really?...that is the first time I have seen that document How come I was not given a copy with my paperwork? Why does my extended warranty contract state the car price was $($plus the $recondition fee)? There was no talk about money after the contract nor was I ever told I could bring the car back When was this phone call made? I have tried for weeks to contact the dealership about this and kept getting told I would receive a call back I have the emails and texts to prove it Now saying I was given the option to bring the car back for refund.....all complete lies Here are my sale documents attached Car price before tax not shown on installment document but it's on the warranty contract as $ If I had seen the document posted here I would easily have caught the over charge Harder to tell as you can see with what I was shown and given I saw the reviews on this dealership on a few sites and knew to ask more than once about fees and I did Price plus the recondition fee and DMV fees Even says it here on the Revdex.com about pageThis dealership has scammed me and now being called out they respond with lies
