Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
When car was towed into Planet Mitsubishi we thought the problem was the a/c compressor they (Mitsubishi) did not check further to see what the actual problem was. They had the car long enough to do proper checking.… We removed our car and took it to a private shop for evaluation. The outcome… problem had occurred due to re-call work done on drive belt. The pulleys were not changed only the drive belt. We had re-call work done and paid for ourselves. We are now trying to get reimbursed for this work from Mitsubishi main head quarters. Mitsubishi requested copy of paid invoice and proof of work order from private shop as well as Planet Mitsubishi’s work order on re-call clearly stating pulleys were in good order that only the drive belt had to be changed. I have forwarded this information on December [redacted] so far I have not had any response… I currently have a call into them and do hope they will call me soon with their decision. Yes,We installed ac compressor at no cost to customer on 9/**/13 with 56878 miles and it was paid by mitsubishi factory warranty.Ac compressor came with 12 months 12000 miles warranty.Customer came to us on 11/**/14 with 83394 miles complaining her compressor was making noise,So after diognosis...

we send the report to mitsubishi factory and they denied the claim cause Ac compressor 12 month 12000 miles warranty was expired.so if customer wants to get Ac compressor repaired they have to pay $1360 to get it repaired.Thank you

As explained earlier mitsubishi factory has decliened the claim.If customer wants to pay for it from there pocket or mitsubishi factory wants to pay for it, we will fix it.Somebody has to pay us to get the repair done.Please advice.Thanks

We have been waiting for parts from mitsubishi finally parts have arrived.My [redacted] spoke to customer today and gave him update on his car,We told him his car will be ready on tuesday and yes we will detail his car for no cost.Sorry for the inconvenience.

[redacted] drives his car under influence of drugs.He smells of marijuana and stink up's the entire showroom every time he visited us,My entire staff will testify his [redacted] under influence of drugs behavior.His driving habits are not of a normal human being.He keeps damaging his car and expects us...

to fix it free of cost all the times.He abuse's his car by driving while impaired.We have been kind enough to not call the cops on this person who carry's and smell's of marijuana who drives intoxicated at all times.He should not be driving under the influence of drugs he keeps damaging his car and wants us to fix it and than He changes his stories everyday.We have tried to accommodate him on several occasions by fixing his car and give him loaner car for free of charge.We had to thourougly shampoo our loaner and keep windows open for several day's to get the marijuana smell out of our car.Since he keeps complaining about our service dept.He has bought a Extended service warranty which is good for any dealer in the country.We suggest he should take his car to some other service dept and get his car fixed.Sincerely

[redacted] did not buy this vehicle from us. She brought this vehicle for repair because we are a Authorized Mitsubishi service dept. She came to us to get her check engine light fixed under Mitsubishi factory warranty and also get [redacted] state inspection paid by customer. We replaced 1 sensor under factory warranty and proceeded to get her inspection passed but we noticed her wires were chewed by a rodent and in order to pass inspection it required to get the wires fixed and install a sensor. We asked Mitsubishi to pay for it and they refused to pay because such repairs are not covered under factory warranty. We  communicated with the customer and asked them to pay for repairs but customer has declined to pay. Our service dept has to get paid for repairs either by customer or the factory warranty. We do not work for free. I think at this point customer should get a second opinion and take their car to some other Mitsubishi service dept and get there car repaired.sincerely

We have our policy posted at entrance of our showroom for all used cars plus our bill of sale has the same policy printed and customer has signed it and copy was provided. our policy states following (All vehicles sold cosmetically as is Navigation Disc, Spare Key, owner's manual, Floor mats Etc....

are optional equipment. We will provide you with any of these optional items if it came with the vehicle otherwise you can purchase these items at your cost from the respective dealership. All vehicles are sold cosmetically as is, Any verbal agreement is not acceptable only a written agreement on a (We Owe) Agreement will be honored. I hope above policy would clarify.Thank you

[redacted] is making false accusations about my charater. This is not what im here to do. He has done and said foul thing but im not here for tit for tat I just want my money back. I do not drive like a irregular human please check my DMV driving record for accidents. I do not smoke marijuana I would like for [redacted] to prove what he stated. How can His crew testify when there is a whole new staff working there for the first time I saw them last week? He should own up that he is running a fraud business. I Barely drove the car so how was I the one doing the damage, I can show paper work showing the car has been in there hands most of the time. I can Prove anything I say. It seems like that responses was made out of anger and just to damage my name not seriously resolve a problem. I Belong to the largest Fraternal group [redacted]&AM PHA that can attest for my character. I would just like my money back. Thank You

[I have reivewed your response and have found it to be unacceptable.  First of all, there are no rodents that could have possibly damaged one of my sensors.  There is no rodent problem in my neighborhood or on my block.  NEVER, has a rodent caused damage to my other cars or those of my neighbors.  There is no way you can determine that a rodent damaged one sensor while miraculously leaving the sensor that was covered under warranty untouched.  YET, that sensor happened to break at the exact time that the "rodent damaged the other sensor."  Isn't that convenient?  Only my husband was present at the time that the dealer showed the damage, so your assertion that we were both present and consented to the assessment is blatantly false.  In addition, I have been tremendously inconvenienced by this dealership.  I went in for my inspection on 10/**/14.  I was told that the parts had to be ordered and was advised to come in on 3 separate dates for the parts.  I had to keep coming back because the dealership kept telling me that the part would be in, but failed to keep their promise.   Meanwhile, I am driving around with a temporary inspection which will expire in a few days.  This dealership needs to be held accountable and honor the warranty and the representations they made to me and my husband at the time of the sale of the vehicle.

Customer came with check engine light on for 2 oxygen sensor's .We repired 1 under the mitsubishi factory warranty and the 2nd sensor which we could not repair because it was eaten by a roden so mitsubishi denied the claim.Mitsubishi does not cover parts which are damaged by have physical damage.We...

showed the customer and her husband the wire's which were chewed by the roden.If customer wants to get it repaired by us they have to pay $550 to get it done.Thank you

  I understand both documents have the same financing information in a different format.  Problem is I never saw  or received the one document with the actual purchase price of the car at $12,195.00. My signature is not even on it.   The document I did see and have does not itemize the $12,195 for the car. Just total of car with tax.  That's why at the time I did not catch it.  If I saw clearly I was being charged $12,195 when it was agreed upon $11,500 I would have not accepted it.  My warranty contract even states the car price is $11,500.  Where did this extra $700 come from?  I asked Marvin L[redacted] more than once if there were other fees besides the reconditioning fee. I was told no, just the DMV fees.
