Southern Pond & Fountain

I had a problem with the pump on our waterfall and called Southern Pond, *** called me right back and set up an appointment for the next day.
He needed to order the right pump and I paid him in advance.
He did not charge me for the additional service call to install the pump and came when he said he would.
The new pump is perfect and *** even followed up to see if I had any problems. He was great. I would strongly recommend Southern Pond.
I called another pond service before calling Southern Pond and
they never called me back.
Honest and trustworthy that's how I would rate Southern Pond.
