Review: I have been denied credit due to a collection that has been placed on my bureau. I know nothing of the collection and have NEVER been to the dentist they are collecting for. Upon calling they acknowledged that it's not my bill however if I paid it, they would remove from my bureau. The practices are illegal.Desired Settlement: The collection account to be removed from experian , Transunion and equifax. I want a letter from company that it was removed.

Review: I paid off my bill, and a few weeks later, I called the company to see why I kept getting billed for the same, thing, they have told me that they did in fact received my payment, but they do not want to remove it as paid so it would affect my credit. When I asked to speak to a manager, I got a very rude person who also did not want to remove the paid bill.Desired Settlement: To have my paid bill be accepted as paid, get it removed off my credit, and please tell them to stop calling me and asking me for money that I have already paid them, and to please stop harassing me.

When a collction account is paid in full it is "NORMAL BUSINESS"

that the item is reported as a "PAID COLLECTION" only.
