Canadian standardsThe pipes are too thin and not made for the temperatures of Canadian wintersWe have already been on site times this month to attempt to have the tub re-plumbedThe pipes will burst whether they have water in them or not, because of the poor quality material they are made ofCustomer has been advised from the first time we were on site that it is not a tub made for the temperatures in CanadaIt was purchased used and arrived in rough shapeWe will make sure the tub is not leaking and the customer is present when the job is finished, however we will not be returning to work on this tubWe will not be warranting the work on the tub and as we reserve the rights to select our clientele, we no longer wish to deal with this customer
