The Business has provided one out of the two services to me in lieu of the damage done. Im hopeful the detail will be to my liking so that this matter can be resolved in full.

We have considered this issue but the biggest problem we have is that we did not damage this customer paint. Our brushes are like soft sponges in lathered soap. no friction against the paint. We wash hundreds of cars a day and no scratches happen. We don't feel like we should pay for a...

inches in height and the damage he speaks of is at a different height. At this point business is not taking responsibility for the damage as it did not occur at this establishment. Further actions can be sought after through his auto insurance. Due to the hostile nature of the consumer in handling this situation, he is no longer welcome on the premises.

Review: I had my vehicle washed there a while back just after I purchased brand new set of wheels and tires for the vehicle they ran it through the car wash and the wheels were damaged and they agreed to take care of it one of the owners did and as time goes by 4 months later I still haven't seen any wheels and I have only been contacted by them one time and last night I stop by and the owner that agreed to take care of it wasn't there so I spoke to the other owner and he's been disagree in this whole time and he had the cops called on me that I was harassing himso be careful this guy is very dishonestDesired Settlement: I would like for my wheels to be replace as agreed upon by [redacted] AKA [redacted] and have his partner Coach take some customer service skills training as a business owner u should always make time to listen to your customers and I would like an apology from [redacted]'s partner

I am rejecting this response because:the statement they are stating is false and incorrect I my self and Coach and sunny measures the hight of the wheel guide and if I remember correctly the rail was at 6 1/2" to 7" and I think this case should be looked into a little deeper as they should not be making false statements and as them claiming that I was hostel I think you should request servalance video of the last time I was there and calling the cops is just a way to make me go away and all I want is this to be taken care of so if you would take the time and investigate this matter and dig a little deeper we are all grown ups and we should take responsibility like grown ups.

Business the the Bureau of Automotive Repair has concluded their investigation and determined that there was a lack of consistency in the incident reported. Business offered a $50 wheel cleaning but customer turned it down. Business believes they have responded appropriately to this matter and would like to consider it closed.

Review: My drivers side mirror was shattered during one of my weekly visits to this facility.After two weeks and several calls there was a promise to replace the glass. All vehicle info was taken and yet after several attempts and two more weeks the mirror replacement kept arriving wrong. I was told to go to ford and get a price . When I did receive the info the mirror was 318.00 instead of the 80.00 mirror they were trying to get. At that point they said they would only pay half. I ordered the mirror and had to pay the whole amount up front because Ford informed me Sparkles had not paid for previously ordered items. I paid and [redacted] from Sparkles said they would go to ford and pay their share. Not only did they not go to pay but I haven't received my reimbursement.Desired Settlement: I would like sparkles to replace the glass which was damaged by their facility.They were going to pay in full until they couldn't get the proper mirror and realized the replacement mirror was more money.
