I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Sparkling White Smiles response is clearly incorrect and intentionally attempting to change history.  I ordered the correct item as I discussed it in full with Joe via emails beforehand.  Please see attached.  On the Purchase Order itself it clearly shows the services / product that I purchased.  Also everything is articulated clearly in the emails as you see attached.  Additionally, I have attached a copy of the coupon that they sent to me to use.  I even obtained a confirmation from Joe that I could use this coupon before I initiated my purchase.  And they accepted my purchase with the coupon and the exact product and services that was agreed upon as per the emails attached and the order description in the Purchase Order itself.  It is ironic that they waited 4 months to tell me that I purchased a wrong item and only until I contacted the Revdex.com.
I would like them to honor their commitment even if its 4 months late.  I will make sure all activities are monitored under Revdex.com visibility to ensure compliance and no foul play until the final product, along with my molds, are safely delivered and inspected for compliance.  Unfortunately, this episode and their quality of response does not indicate or reflect genuine customer service.

A full refund check has mailed out today.

We had already agreed to a full refund for the customer.  Customer ordered through a third party website online and just has to open a case through the website so we can approve it and the full refund will go through.

I would strongly advise you to go ahead and pay the extra money the dentist charges as this company sent me a defective product and never called or emailed me back for a return per thier guarantee on the website. I am currently in a dispute with my credit card company. [redacted] from the company also tried to tell me an adjustment on the product would be 40 dollars, when I told him I saw the warranty on his website and refused to pay it, he finally backed off and said he would not charge me. When I emailed and called only 2 weeks after the defective product was delivered there was no response. Very shady business dealings with [redacted]

I am a return customer of Sparkling White Smiles. I had absolutely no issues with the first night guard I purchased a couple years ago, but because I had accidentally put it through the wash and dry cycle, it was deformed and required replacing. The natural decision was to order a new one from Sparkling White. Because I hadn't paid the extra fee to keep my impressions on file as back-up, I had to pay full price again.
This time, I ordered 2 - a thin one for day use and a thick one for night use. After the multi-week process of them shipping the kit, me making impressions and shipping back, them creating the guards, and me waiting on the new guards to be delivered, I was very disappointed to receive the guards only to have them not fit properly due to them being over-baked. They were incredibly painful to wear, if not damaging. The next day, I wrote Joe the President of Sparkling White and he told me to send them back and once received he'd send out a new kit.
The Redo's also were not acceptable for use due to being overly tight. It became clear the Quality Control at Sparkling White had severely diminished since my first order a couple years earlier. Beyond being too tight each time, they were not cleaned as there was resin dust left in the guards. I again wrote Joe and as before he instructed me to ship them back and he'd send out a new kit. I did just that, but after weeks of waiting and not receiving my kit, I wrote Joe asking when he was planning to ship out the kit. His response was that he'd do so after getting my return although I had already mailed it weeks ago.
Because Sparkling White does not issue Return Shipping labels, the onus is on the customer to pay for return shipping, and based on my experience, well-advised to add tracking for those returns. By now, due to the multi-week process, just over 3 months had passed since placing the original order with my credit card. It had occurred to me to dispute the charges, but what I learned is that the transaction in question can't have been more than 3 months old. I had no recourse.
Not only does Sparkling White produce an inferior product due to no apparent Quality Control, the process is absurdly long, and their RMA process is literally a gamble. Do not be lured by the "savings" promised online through Sparkling White Smiles over what your dentist charges. The so-called "guarantee" is designed to take your money and not deliver a sound product. My mistake going with Sparkling White Smiles cost me in the hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it. The only smile is on Joe's face for pulling off a royal rip-off scheme.

Per our return policy we can refund the $116.99.  Customer ordered off of Ebay which we do not directly manage.  The order was over 60 days so Ebay would not let the refund go through.  Please confirm customers address and a check can be mailed out for the refund...
