I am sorry it has taken so long to get your lighter back . My mother has been in bad health this year and has had many heart related procedures and heart surgery's with complications that took all my time away from work. She is still having complications to this very day . Right now she is having...

the beginning stage of congestive heart failure and looking at another surgery in the very near future that can help her . I am only able to work a few hours each day and ship once a week as I am my moms primary care while she is at home . I am doing as best as possible and I am trying to get the repairs done and returned as fast as I can go but its very slow and a work in progress as I am so far behind. It will take some time to get caught back up and I appreciate your patience and understanding . I assure you that your lighter will be returned repaired . I have added your name to the list of Priority returns and it will be shipped back in the next couple weeks for you . I will send the tracking when shipped . from a long trip from Ohio to California that I had to leave without warning to anyone in an emergency. It was a matter of family business and I was gone for almost 4 weeks. I could not access my business Email system or phone service until I got back home . My girlfriend did the best she could trying to reach out to a few of my customers but I get hundreds a day and she could not keep up . I will send tracking when shipped .

months) and am still recovering but doing well . I have gotten extremely behind
with all the work that was taken in ..I have been out of town recently due to my
moms last heart surgery. I came back to about 1270 Emails in my inbox and my
voicemail was full so it has taken some time to get through just a few emails
and calls so far this week. [redacted] Return shipping is slow and I have not taken on any new repairs
for some time now. My goal is to get everything back to customers no matter how
slow or how long it takes. I can only ship once a week and can only answer
emails occasionally as I am mostly away from my computer as I am my moms primary
caretaker right now. Very backed up.. Stressed out and I apologize to everyone.
Family has to come first. Doing my best as humanly possible right now.... You
most likely others contacting you about return shipping of their repaired
lighters and we can address the matters as they come ...... Taking things one
day at a time . Please feel free to contact me if you get any more complaints
.... I run my business completely alone so when I am down or need to be with
family for support.... everything suffers . I have emailed customers telling

Sorry for the delays in the lighter return . The lighter will be returned repaired in 10-14 business days . I am the only repair in the world for vintage [redacted] butane lighters and have a large back log of repairs . I run my business alone and am very backed up at the moment . I do appreciate...

I am very sorry it has taken so long to get the lighter back but it has been one thing after another with my mom's medical issues this year.  I understand I have a complaint as stated in your...

voicemail to me . [redacted] I am only able to work just a couple hours each day  right now with repairs and packaging for shipping. [redacted] I run my business completely alone .It is a home based business . I get a huge amount of emails and calls each day for repair work that I have been turning down for some time now. I am not taking in more work until the work I have had for some time is finished and returned to my customers . [redacted] *  [redacted]  I will get Gary's repaired lighter back next week towards the end of the week as I am busy due to my moms surgery. I will send both of you an Email with the tracking when shipped. I am very sorry for the delays but family has to come first right now . Still doing the best I can do each day. Stressful but hopefully I will be able to get back to 100% with my repair business soon after my mom recovers as it has been a long road but will hopefully get better soon  . [redacted]  You will likely get more complaints as I am so very far behind at this point . I am seriously doing the best as possible each day ... Right now I am not able to check my Emails every day and get overwhelmingly amounts of emails each week. I cant get to all of them but will look for your emails... I had previously opened a complaint regarding the return of my lighter. In the summer of 2015, I contacted this business concerning a repair to a Colibri lighter that I own. I was quoted a repair price of $66.00. I mailed the lighter and personal check for $66.00 via USPS (tracking number available). I received an email from Sparks of Time indicating that the lighter was received. The turn-around-time was quoted as between 8-12 weeks. My personal check was cashed shortly thereafter. I waited until mid January 2016 to inquire about my lighter. I sent several emails and called the cell phone number ###-###-#### that was listed on the email. I did not receive any type of reply and the voice mailbox was either full or not set up for messaging. With no other alternative, I filed a complaint with Revdex.com-Cincinnati (refer to ID[redacted]) toward the end of January 2016. I asked for either the lighter to be returned in working order or return by lighter along with $66.00 as outlined in the email agreement. In the early part of February 2016 (the 10th, I believe), I received a reply from Sparks of Time clearly stating that my lighter would be returned to me repaired within a 10-14 day period. To date, I still have not received my lighter.
Please send my lighter back and refund my money immediately.
