After receiving the response from Spark Whitening, which had incorrect information, I contacted them both by phone and email to correct the information I am still awaiting a reply That is why I did not accept or reject the response they sent to the Revdex.com.
Spark claims that they can not credit my account because I have already been credited through my VISA dispute This is not the case, as I stated in my original complaint The VISA credit had been reversed on Dec31, It was after that when I filed my complaint with Revdex.com So Spark Whitening is not correct in the assumption that I have already been made whole on this issue
There did not appear any way through the Revdex.com message to indicate this which is why I did not respond immediatelyPlease advise*** ***

The same happened with me. They charged me 105.22 after I had canceled through the website. When I called to complain they said that it was not in their records. Which means that the website doesn't work. I called immediately after receiving my bill and they cancelled but not refunded. The following month they charged me AGAIN. $105,22 and refunded $55.00. when I called them, they said that this was their policy. What?????
