I ordered two bottles of Young Living Peace and Calming oil My credit card was charged for this ($73.98) back in April 24, I was told I would receive the product when it came available It is now available [redacted] , however, when I try to contact Sparrow Tree via email or phone, I get no return answer and have yet to receive the product

I placed an order early December, a week later when I check my email to see if/ when they shipped my package and the website is no longer activeI then email the receipt that they did in face take my money, and have not emailed me backI have since called [redacted] for the past days I'm absolutely appalled with these people and the scam they ran on me right before ChristmasDisgusting business!

You and your company never explain that the order we placed needs to be placed by you with another company [redacted] before we receive itYour company is presenting itself as if it has the merchandise on hand and waiting to shipThis is not true but you charge the credit card right away and do not tell the buyer for weeks you do not have the items purchased meanwhile you are paid in fullI happen to know [redacted] has been out of the item I purchased from you ....HOW LONG WOULD I HAVE TO WAIT TIL YOU TOLD ME ...it was already weeks and no word...very disrespectful and unethicalLucky for me I ordered thru Paypal

They seem like a wonderful and caring company However, I ordered a product (*** *** ***) and my credit card was charged $ I was informed that the product was on backorder and I would receive it as soon as possible A few months later I called to see where the product was and when I should expect it They nicely asked me if I would like to continue to wait for the product of which are applied The product was ordered 03/30/ I have called and text numerous times asking for a credit to my account since it is obvious that I will not receive the product I have not received any communication from Sparrow's Tree

Great store with so much to offerThe owners are fantastic-- very helpful, sweet, and knowledgableThe store really reaches out to the community and offers so much through meetings, bible studies, mom groups, play groups, babywearing classes, support groups, other classes, etc

I took a chance and ordered an item through this small company and now I regret ever doing soFirst of all, my package never arrived, despite the tracking showing that it didI made several attempts to contact the company and finally spoke to someoneApparently I am out of luckI guess somebody out there is enjoying my productSuch a waste of money! Horrible customer service! I will never order through this company again

The lady that owns the place is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that she is sellingAlso has great support group for parents

I have never had such a miserable, blood pressure rising, frustrating experience with a company like thisI even had a nightmare dealing with the situationTheir site says items are delivered in 4-daysOn the 7th day I had not gotten any shipment notice and I hadn't received it eitherI called the online store's number and got a voicemail, which I left a voicemailI also emailedI never received any response at allI then found their store on Facebookand sent them a messageI did get a message back that day saying they'd check on the orderI was told 'they got a shipment that was damaged', which didn't tell me why my order hadn't shippedMy order was then shipped the next dayCoincidence?
When I opened the order, the soap didn't have the soap pump with it, which made it uselessI found out later they knew this but sent it anyway! I contacted them for days on end, email, phone call, Facebook message, Facebook post, with no availIn that time, I was so angry and didn't want to fool with the company anymore, I said I just wanted a refund and to be done with all of itI finally got a response that they would not give a refund unless I sent the merchandise back, which was going to cost me shippingThere was no way I'd do that, since who knew when in the world I'd get a refund, if everSo then I said just send the pumpNo responsedays later, they sent the shipment confirmation I asked for and the package 'sat at the post office' for several daysIt wasn't until I contacted them AGAIN and after another wrath of trying to getting ahold of them, that the package was scanned at the post office, where it took another several days to arriveCoincidence?
Any other business would do something to regain the trust in the customer for their mishapsThey barely even corrected the mistake
I found out that they were dishonest about every issue wrong with the orderNever an apology for not being able to get ahold of themThey blamed the post office, the company who makes the items and even meIt took a month to finally get the order completed, but at least I got itMany others have reported the same issues; that they haven't gotten their items, they can't get ahold of anyone, and they've blamed others for the issues at hand

I would recommend this store to anyone! It is a wonderful family run business, that provides cloth diapers & baby wearing products to the local moms!

I placed an order on 11/14/2016, and payment was made at that time My account still shows processing on 12/5/ I have tried numerous times to contact this company by phone, text, voicemail, and emailStill no response I am all for supporting small business, but not in this caseI will never do business with Sparrow Tree again
