Took over a month to get an order when shipping was suppose to be business daysOwner admitted it "slipped through the cracks" Reading their website reviews this is not the first time that this has happened by farIt took me multiple phone calls and text messages to the owner to get a response on what was going on with my order

The seller contacted me and gave me a refund

I ordered two bottles of Young Living Peace and Calming oil My credit card was charged for this ($73.98) back in April 24, I was told I would receive the product when it came available It is now available *** *** ***, however, when I try to contact Sparrow Tree via email or phone, I get no return answer and have yet to receive the product

We placed an order April 30thI looked at the order history and clicked on the order which had said it was shipping and had a tracking numberI tracked the item and it said it had arrived in my town on May 11th We have not received this itemAfter emails and phone calls we got ahold of someone who said that we were mistaken and had looked at an old orderSorry my eyes do not deceive me I know that it had shipped already and now they say it hasn't even processed yet? This place is a joke and tries to make you look like a fool I would not recommendNot happy being told I don't know what I am talking about
Also reading reviews on the Revdex.com I found out this is not the first time these people have done thisThey had to start over with a new company name because their reputation was so bad when they worked out of Henryville, Indiana

This business is *** buyer be ware! I ordered a deep relief young living product on September 27, I never received the product , Justin confirmed he was returned the product by the post officeI asked for a refund he still has not refund my credit cardJustin also has not responded back to my texts or calls

Danielle is an amazing personShe's very knowledgeable about the products she sales and very helpful for a new mom or someone new to cloth diapering
