Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:At no time was I told that the trade in value for the Sorento was going to be 22,I did not sign a trade in sheet for $22, I did sign a trade in from for my sportage I would like to see a signed trade in form with my signature for the Kia sorento for $22,500.Again used cars only depreciate about to 15% over a year.No one talk to me about a trade in amount just that it I would cost me $8,to leave with the Sportage What is my next step? Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,This complaint was initiated one week after the customer purchased the vehicleThe customer indicated in his complaint that he was in fact given a "day" temporary tag and registration which would have expired tomorrow 9/22/Given that we had days based on the customer’s account in his complaint to complete the documents associated with his transaction, we already completed all the necessary documents and the customer was in fact delivered his new permanent plates and vehicle registration last weekI am not certain why he would in fact even generate this complaint as he stated that he had a temporary day registration and his concern should have been if we in fact didn’t have the documents completed within the daysFortunately, everything was completed as it should have been within the time period allottedI still am dumbfounded by the nature of this complaint especially since it was initiated less than week from the original transaction date in which his temporary day registration which at that point still had days remaining?Thank you for the attention to this matter but we consider it closed as we never had any faults during this transactionMarcus D [redacted] General ManagerTurnersville Kia [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the business provided the Revdex.com inaccurate information The business states it was a thirty day temporary tagWhen in fact it was a twenty day temporary tag I had to park the car in the garage and couldn't drive it until the paper work was completedThe complaint was initiated after one week because I was told the paper work was already sentWhen I checked with the title company they said they had not yet received it That was on 8-23- The tag was schediled to expire approximate;ly ten days later and it appeared nothing had been done On approximately 8-28-or 8-29-the title company informed me they got the paper work and was sending it to [redacted] But they cautioned me it might take [redacted] two weeks to process it In fact I did have to park the car in the garage even though I made a payment on it because the tag had expired.I am dumbfounded by the response from the business I would think they would just say they were sorry for such a long delay Seemingly it appears to me that the business is now punishing me for wanting to get my car registered, by witholding the $money they owe me It clearly states on the IOU $check to customer when finded The car was funded in late August because I got the car payment billWhen I purchased the car, I asked at that time when I could expect a check I was told anywhere from 2-weeks once the car was fundedI called the next dayy and asked the same question and have called several times since then I also have written the dealership requesting these funds As of this date no money was funded to me by KIA of TurnersvilleTo help expedite this I have contacted USA Gloucester County Consumers Affairs I have also contacted the CEO in Soouth Korea I should have had the check 2-weeks ago If they have some reason for not providing the check they have not called me and told me the reason Their lackadaisacial attitude and actions seem to indicate a problem with themI can't further guess what they are doing but I should have had the check by now Regards, [redacted]

The customer can come and pickup the check as promiased by Management

Attention Revdex.com of SJAt this time, the Dealership has made every effort to resolve this situation amicably without incident The customer's rejection isn't applicable here as we made no offer to this customer other than to resolve the issue amicably which the customer chose not to accept that option. The vehicle was never returned as promised by the customer multiple times due to damage that the customer caused and was attempting to hide Turnersville Kia will no longer communicate with this customer. Please close this matter as there isn't any resolve to this We have a vehicle with extensive damage that the customer caused and attempted to hide The customer has their vehicle back and drove our vehcile free of charge for over weeks and caused extensive damage to Thanks for your assistance with this matter.Marcus DGeneral ManagerTurnersville Kia [redacted]

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

The customer brought the vehicle in for a check engine and temp light on She was informed that there was a diagnotic charge upfront before completeing any inspections on her vehicle as she was out of the factory warranty and had over 229,miles on the car She agreed to the charges, signed and authorized the work Final diagnosis was that her vehicle needed a new water pump and she choose to declined the repairs at that time At no time did Turnersville Kia diagnose or work on any apsect of her vehicle that would involve her engine oil Upon further review of her service history, it appears that her oil hadn't been changed since the vehicle had 182,miles on it and the car now had 229, It is suggested that the oil be changed every miles and it had been over 46,miles since her last oil change which would explain the lack of engine oil in the vehicle I hope this clears up any misconception of the work that was completed by Turnersville KiaRespectfully, Marcus D [redacted] General ManagerTurnersville Kia

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I don't agree with document #trade in sheet that is signed [redacted] All documents on 3/28/are signed with just @ [redacted] I never was presented with that sheet and I am sorry to say that I don't have the document in my paper work Mr Marcus D was not at the dealership that day and doesn't what really know what conspired He can only assume that all procedures were followed I don't want to hear that it took me months to reach out to Kiaagain, I never got a call from upper management for months only to promise me that Mr Marcus D would call me back After calling again I got a call weeks after from the sales manager I wasn't satisfied speaking with him I called again no responses which brought us to over 4months of my trying to meet with upper management to get these questions answered.I would appreciate Mr Marcus explaining how the kia Sorento depreciated $5,in days No one ever mentioned the word trato me I was returning the car after days and expected that there would be charges involved All that was presented to me was a verbal by the salesman that it would cost me an additional $8,to leave with the car.I am still willing to meet with M to review and negotiate this transactionI believe that this was a poor sales management decision Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This business is still lying about the situation after reporting the car stolen. They picked the car up from the police station. They returned my old vehicle back to me with no title. These scam artist will continue to do this to people unless they are held accountable. They will be hearing from my lawyer in regards to their YoYo scam. It is unfortunate that the state allows these companies to do what they do, there is no way I was driving around in a car for 2 weeks if I wasnt approved and legal. Regards, [redacted] ***

The customer can schedule the appointment to have the lugs removed as requestedTurnersville Kia will do this as a one time "Good Will" gesture even though we were never given the opportunity to offer this resolve before the customer went to the Revdex.com and complainedIt is truly disheartening that the customer just realized they didn't have a key for the wheel locks after having the vehicle for almost years? That basically means no service had been performed on this vehicle in that length of time? Something doesn't seem right in this case Turnersville Kia will take the high road and remove the lug nuts as requested Marcus DGeneral Manager

I would also like to mention that we have a very high end surveillance system with multiple cameras in this location which record all the transactions made in the Dealership. I am rejecting this response because:I initially bought the vehicle back the day after purchase and I was told too bad you signed the contract and was thrown out of Mikes officeThen come to find out the car has NO full coverage and it is NOT financed under the bank stated in the contractThe business chooses not to give me my old car back or the deposit I put down on the carThese dealers are a bunch of snakes that thought they could get over on a young couple and instead screwed themselves by being dishonestKIA of Turnersville are the ones who laughed when I said I was going to get the Revdex.com involved and now they want to respond to the complaint weeks laterLegal proceedings can start unless they plan on returning my car and my moneyI'm not going to return the car and be out a car and my money, once again when I tried to return it I was told too bad and get out my office, yes on at least occasions I returned with the car down the street and they didn't want to return what was mine

As you can see by the attached documents, [redacted] received a check in the amount of $570.00 which is shown to be cashed by [redacted] on 9/13/2016.  Inadvertently, the initial check for $1174.00 was originally sent to [redacted] NJ address on 8/17/2016 as shown on the attached documents as well.  The check was returned to us as undeliverable and we issued a new check on 9/22/2016 once we found out that [redacted] could not recive mail at his NJ address.  The new check which is also attached has been sent to the appropriate ** address and [redacted] should already have possesion of the check.  I hope this clears up any misunderstandings with regards to the initial complaint.  Marcus D[redacted]General ManagerTurnersville Kia[redacted]
