We accept the response from Sparx PC Support, except that on your form, we got the box saying their address was an invalid addressWe did not call them initially; Amazon transferred my call to CancelWizard.com, who charged $to cancel the Amazon prime membership which was put on my account allegedly by someone in GermanyCancelWizard then transferred my call to Sparx PC support, stating that our Virus checker did not block malware coming from outside the US so our computer needed to be checked for malwareIt appears that there is a discrepency with Amazon's customer service response, in that the other individual who had an unrequested prime membership charged to their credit card, was simply told by Amazon customer service that the membership would be cancelled and the charge credited to their credit card accountSo the complaint apparently should be against Amazon's customer service

This company has a customer service rep " [redacted] ***", who said he was monitoring my email and detected it was "hacked" by a third partyIf I gave him control of my computer, he could go and clean them outHe then ordered $gift cards from Walmart, Target, & AmazonHe took them off my email and did nothing but rip me offI have since had to cancel my credit card and change all my passwordsHe kept calling and telling me he would look into the "billing problem"

In Nov ***, my father contacted Sparx PC Support to seek assistance with his laptop as he suspected that it had been infected with a virusThe Sparx case number is ***Unfortunately, I was out of touch overseas and wasn't able to help him (I'm a software engineer)Sparx PC charged my father $*** and claimed to have fixed his laptopHowever, I am extremely skeptical that his laptop was infected as he does not have Admin access to his laptop, and hence, I don't believe that Sparx PC did any real work (they wouldn't be able to create an account, modify or view system directories, change configuration, etc.)I've tried repeatedly to contact Sparx PC both through email and phone to speak with Andy Smith, the tech that handled my father's case, so that I can understand exactly what work was performedHowever, my emails were never responded to and the one time that I got through on the phone, Andy was not available and another tech would not provide any informationIn the worst
