care of that for you , We are not amazon or do not have any link with amazon even you can see that on our website.
We don't know were you called or from were you got our number, but we just want to let you know that yes its a legitimate company and the address which you are talking about is the registered address of the company ( so its not a invalid address ) , Yes it can be possible that you might misunderstood, or were ever you are searching our address is not a right place.
and the charge which you are talking about of $209.99 for the service is for the computer service you required because we never called you to take our service you came to us for help with your computer.
and Yes we never take the payments from the customer through the credit card or debit card because we don't want our customers to share their card numbers with us , we simply bill them after giving them the services and customers mail us the check for the service ( so that it will come in your bank statements also to whom you paid and for what you paid so that you can always remember that ).

We accept the response from Sparx PC Support, except that on your form, we got the box saying their address was an invalid address. We did not call them initially; Amazon transferred my call to CancelWizard.com, who charged $25 to cancel the Amazon prime membership which was put on my account allegedly by someone in Germany. CancelWizard then transferred my call to Sparx PC support, stating that our Virus checker did not block malware coming from outside the US so our computer needed to be checked for malware. It appears that there is a discrepency with Amazon's customer service response, in that the other individual who had an unrequested prime membership charged to their credit card, was simply told by Amazon customer service that the membership would be cancelled and the charge credited to their credit card account. So the complaint apparently should be against Amazon's customer service.

This company has a customer service rep "[redacted]", who said he was monitoring my email and detected it was "hacked" by a third party. If I gave him control of my computer, he could go and clean them out. He then ordered $200.00 gift cards from Walmart, Target, & Amazon. He took them off my email and did nothing but rip me off. I have since had to cancel my credit card and change all my passwords. He kept calling and telling me he would look into the "billing problem".
